My daughter an I went here and I waited about 15 minutes for my cappuccino. When I asked about it they had forgot to make it. It tasted bad.

My delivery service never brought my items but confirmed delivery. I called Dunkin and they said I could pickup my order and they even offered to make it fresh, which I declined. The lady I talked with on the phone and in-person was very nice, but I didn't get the name. Maybe a manager? Thank you!! Hope your supervisors get word of your excellent service.

The red hair girl was very very rude simply asked her if there’s any way she can make my coffee a little hot and she told me to throw mine away and she’s gonna make another one, told the women in the front register who clearly told the red head that you can not remake a drink and i went and told that other lady that she told me to throw away my drink and i paid for that. After that the red head started being very rude and disrespectful and was using bad words for me again and again, would definitely not recommend this place at all it’s terrible to another level.

This location has become consistently bad. The donuts are often stale, and the coffee drinks are flavorless. Three times in a row now, I don't even want to drink what I received. The prices on most items are higher than at the next closest Dunkin (with the exception of some sandwiches), which makes the poor quality especially annoying.

This is the 2nd time I’ve given this location a chance usually I go to Starbucks because it’s never a waste of money because the coffee is always good and the customer service is top tier. This morning I went to dunkin and ordered a drink and to my surprise they made the wrong drink, I had informed her that I ordered it iced and not hot and she stood there with a pause giving me a “look” then slams the window comes back hands me a watered down drink… I’m 100% sure she just dumped the hot latte over ice and just brought it back. Don’t go to this dunkin. Starbucks is across the street you will get better service and drinks that actually have taste.

I love Dunkin but this locations customer service is terrible . I waited in line for a few minutes while on a phone call. When I approached the counter to order I put my phone conversation on hold and confirmed my order with Maria. Everything in my order was correct minus the coffee that didn’t have the requested syrup. Whoever made my coffee was polite and told me she will fix it no problem. Maria made her way towards me and said “You are too busy on the phone and talking too much”. Instead of minding her business she decided it was a good idea to go out her way to disrespect me and be rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on others especially when you made the mistake of inputting my order incorrectly. The girl that kindly fixed my coffee apologized multiple times. I appreciate that but this is inexcusable.

Love Dinkin'.This location-not so much. I've been twice in a 3 month time frame. Both times they didn't have Old Fashion donuts EARLY in the day.Things happen, but they were rude the 2nd time around.

Manager was an absolute POS. I showed her and another worker that I had a free coffee redeemable for my birthday and she told me I have to be a member on the app (which I am) and I was having trouble finding out how to redeem it. She refused to show me and kept insisting I pay for the coffee, so I left. The entire time she had this stone-cold look on her face and came off as completely heartless.

I ordered a bagel, muffin, and coffee through the app. When I got home I realized I didn’t have my muffin. I called to either get a refund or be told I could come in and get it and I was told it “wasn’t her problem” and then she hung up on me.

The food is OK, but the customer service is really poor. The employees need more training and that sometimes takes the experienced workers away from the cash registers and customers. Too bad there isn't another DD around me.
