Always has fantastic food and usually pretty fast service. Only complaint is the al la carte system. I have no problem paying more for high quality food, but al la carte as a consumer will never not be annoying. Not really a burke five guys concern, much more of a corporate level issue I have.

For $17+ without a drink, I could have had 2 more satisfying meals at any fast food burger place. I no longer do fast food, and this experience feels me that this is fast food, just not fast, but overpriced and under delivered. The bacon on my burger was so hard it was inedible, and I had to just remove it. The burger itself was gray, with no character at all. BBDGB might be slightly more pricy but a far better choice than the slop I just experienced. Drive further, get a better burger. Or choose one of the other food places in the parking lot, you can't choose worse than this place.

Came up called for my name. 40 minutes later when there was no more customer waiting I asked they finally put a sticker on the receipt to process it. I am piss. Thank god I have a corporate job never ever going deliver for this restaurant ever again. Never had issues with other five guys all quick or 15 minutes max. Worst five guys for UE and DD.

I ordered a large fries and they gave me in the medium bag. I have been to other Five Guys and they don't use these small bags but big ones. Small bag = small portion. This is scam.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. I sat in your parking lot like a chump for 20 minutes. So I called, and you in informed me that you don’t do curbside. Then why is curbside an option online???? Why on earth do you ask for a tip—a 20% tip at that!! What additional service is provided for that tip?? Nothing!! I had to come inside to pick it up anyway. If I knew that you would treat me like any other walk-in, then I wouldn’t have included such a GENEROUS tip! Do you ask all your walk ins for a 20% tip???
