The restaurant was very cold inside, and I was freezing while eating my meal. I had asked for grilled onions on my burger, but they weren’t cooked and I received raw onions instead. The tables and floors were dirty. I’ve eaten at many Five Guys locations, but this was by far my worst experience. I think maybe they were struggling a bit since only three people seemed to be working on Sunday.

If you door dash or ubereats from this location, they will forget or withhold at least one item everytime. Missing bev, missing condiments, ingredients you didnt ask for. If you order in person, i guess they register you as a human and do a good job. But if you spend extra to get it delivered beware

Staff seems genuinely happy to be here. Polite, patient and reconfirmed the entire order - even questioned if they got the onions vs grilled onions correct! Generous portions of everything, fresh ingredients all around. A little spendy but I don't feel like I overpaid.

I am a new fan of Five Guys. I love this place. The burgers are always perfect and the employees are friendly and in a great mood. I love the open kitchen concept, it’s lovely to hear the staff have a good time as they prepare meals for customers. The mountain of fries is crazy! I enjoy the fries but there are so many of them! Five Guys is now my favorite fast food burger spot. I order a one patty burger and it’s enough for me. I like that it’s completely made to order and that the lettuce is always crispy. I’ve only had one kinda soggy tomato in the umpteen times I’ve eaten there this spring. I’ve rediscovered it and love it. The shakes are great too. It’s def in the Friday night family rotation now.

Very disappointing barely tasted like cajun fries only like 1% cajun in there. They used to be so tasty but within the past year they started to scam us by barely putting any cajun seasoning on their fries and it basically tastes like just regular fries with some texture and some spicyness to it so no where near worth the $6. Rating 0/10
I love Five Guys but the prices are out of control lately. If the pricing was more reasonable this would be a five star review.

I usually get the regular single with cheese from Five Guys, and the fact you can get a bag of fries with an extra scoop of fries. Quite generous! Five Guys also offers free peanuts that I can bring home to the family. The orders are very efficient and very well-coordinated among the staff. The wait times are also not really long, around 5 minutes for an off-peak time and 15 minutes for a peak time. They also have a Coca Cola freestyle machine that works really well. Lastly, if you come here, please check out their shakes. They have the standard flavors here, but are really good, I cannot complain.
Overall, I would recommend Five Guys to anyone in the Burke area.
