Enjoyed the Monday Burger Nights and happy hour! Our server Mackenzie provided fast, friendly service and made sure we got our extra requests.

My issue was that there were 4 for dinner and 2 dinners were served at the same time one came 3-5 minutes later and the last plate came as I was finishing my dinner. It was the easiest one to prepare and it seemed as it was an afterthought. It was a little uncomfortable sitting there at the time as were celebrating her getting her Masters degree and she was the last served.

Always a great experience when coming here for a variety of reasons with family and friends over the years. Tried something different yesterday and it was tasty- Secco’rita (margarita with a small bottle of Prosecco in it).

Terrible experience on Christmas Eve!!!

I usually love Glory Days but this experience turned me off. I visit this location often. I insisted we eat there tonight even though everyone else had other ideas. It was a mistake.

I decided I will no longer tip in advance for to go orders and If I don’t have any bills on me, you just don’t get a tip.

Companies need to spend more time training their staff. They absolutely did not know how to handle the in rush of business they got tonight and management was not prepared.

And that’s how companies fail and get run over by better competition

Worst service I’ve ever had from a bartender. I will definitely be telling friends and family to never go here. I’m sure glory days is doing just fine without me, but they will never get another dollar out of me again.

I asked for unsweetened tea and was given sweet tea. As a diabetic this is a problem.

Food took too long fries were cold. Place has gone down hill since management changed. Last time.

Waited for over 15mins to be served. Appeared to be only one bartender running the bar by herself, no one helping clear it or run dishes. Bartender also did not know how to prioritize or work the bar. She also walked away from the bar to socialize with guests while having unserved customers waiting on her. You've lost money and a future customer.

I used to come here when I was closer to campus, and it was during the pandemic. Even though the pandemic was a lot, the servers were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with how quickly the food came out, despite issues with staffing which was a common issue that many restaurants faced. I also liked how fresh the nachos and steak were here, and that they provided a nice ambiance to the outdoor seating. I have never had a bad service here, and I hope to stop by here the next time I am in the area.

Unprofessional and I’ll NOT going again.
Went there for a first time and wanted to order for takeout. I checked the online menu before I get in so I can be ready to order and lose no time because I was so hungry. I choose to order double hero cheeseburger which was 15.49$ at their website menu and it’s with fries and everything and it’s seems like I can order it without problem but then I go inside to order for takeout and saw a waiter and I waited to give my order but before I even finish my first word out of no where waiter asked me “what’s the name” like I’m there for pick up order for someone else and I was like what name I didn’t even ordered yet. It was rude and she didn’t even say sorry but I didn’t stay on it and ordered my burger. I said I’ll be back and pay when it’s ready. After while I came back to pay and pick it up but she asked me “what’s the name” question again but not even realizing that I placed an order 10 minutes ago and she had same attitude. She didn’t even mention it like I didn’t understanding what is going on I think she though I’m stupid and couldn’t be able to understand what’s going on. I didn’t said nothing because I felt like I wasted too much energy and time just to get a cheeseburger. So I wanted to pay and leave but she said total is 20$ something. I asked her why the price is different from online menu while showing her the menu at the same time. But she told me it’s for single cheeseburger even though we both can see the name of the burger is “Double” also with the price tag around 15$. When that didn’t work on me she told me “it’s for only some other special day of the week and it’s not today”. I told her I could have just be ordered online when I’m outside and be paying 5$ less. She confused and didn’t know what to say about it but I said I’m going to order it online with less price. Nobody no manager or something didn’t even showed up to fix the issue or at least say sorry. I think they didn’t like me just because I wanted to order the same thing for 5$ less. Not gonna go there ever again and fix your menu or don’t blame people who is ordering in your website and paying for food.

I ordered over the phone for pickup. They said it would be 10 minutes before it was ready. Reasonable! I arrived after 10 minutes, then waited another 20 before my food was ready. Not only that, but I paid for extra onions AND extra ranch. There were barely any onions and they didn’t include ANY ranch at all, much less the extra I’d paid for. So I had to go back inside after I’d already left to retrieve that. It wasn’t even busy when I arrived.

I don’t typically care enough to write a bad review but this was honestly some of the worst service I’ve ever received. One thing I will say is the employees were semi polite at least. But I will not be coming here again.
