We love Glory Days! Alyssa was our server and she was the best! Friendly, attentive and very polite! All the staff there are great and we are regular customers!!

Horrible place that is literally run by kids. Service was miserable. Had to go pick-up our drinks from the bar after our waitress disappeared.Other tables were unhappy with the service too. Too many young kids working here and no clear manager. To top it off, some worker who was off brought their kid in and took them behind the bar -- can't be legal.

Placed a take out order. Received great food and great customer service from an employee named Gerard at the Burke location. His attention to detail and hospitality went above and beyond. Thank you Glory Days (Gerard) for the great customer service.

Not sure what the deal was today, usually pretty solid and we were really craving the Glory Days run today. Maybe that's the letdown. No issues with service, waitress kept the kids swimming in drinks intuitively and was very nice. Sitting on the bar side was a little uncomfortable with kids, nothing major, just a different feel. But the food just took a serious day off altogether. I Felt like the fries were sitting around and the serving was light for some reason (our fried pickles seemed sparse too) didn't get many, the move to onion straws vs. rings is a serious miss, and my sandwich (buffalo chicken) was not the quality I've come to expect (no crisp to the filet, kinda cold...like if you door dashed it and it steamed soft and cooled). It wasnt even busy so I dont get the issues. It probably won't keep me from going back, but it was a meal that wouldn't make going back a priority...if today was the only experience you'd never see me back there. And that's unfortunate because our experiences are usually good. Think it's time for a good long break while they figure things out.Kid-friendliness: Don't let them put your kids on the bar side.

Ok, I really gave Glory days a good test and they failed 3 times in a row. 1. Meatloaf was awful (Never had meatloaf like this) with lumpy mashed potato's, hint: one needs to use a blender when the potato is hot. 2. Fish sandwich was very thin and awful, seems they had to pour lots of hot sauce to cover the taste, Arby's beats this sandwich. 3. 1/2 rack of ribs had tiny bones/tough within the meat where did the cook find these ribs. The cook behind all this must be in training. Management seems to pay attention to the bar more than the food, get the customers drunk and they won't notice what they are eating is the oldest trick in the book. And to think they no longer have onion rings.Dirty place noticed employee(s) just standing around and not cleaning. When I was younger I worked in restaurants where management would make sure we were always doing something: Cleaning bathrooms/tables/floors/tending to customers. Some are working but others get away with not working. Must make the employees that do work stressed to pick up for others.

Stopped by glory days in Burke for the first time since before covid. So much has changed since my last visit, and our experience was great. Alyssa was such a personable waitress and a pleasure to talk to, along with her manager Ryan who went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back to Burke again in the near future!

What has happened to this place??? To say the service was horrible would be complementary. 20 minutes to order a drink, 20 more to get served, forget about ordering anything else. The bad part was there were 3-4 wait staff hanging around the kitchen door chatting and NO ONE was behind the bar. It’s March Madness, isn’t this when a sports bar/restaurant should be at its peak? Sadly this is not the only time lately I’ve been at this restaurant when it’s been like this. So long Glory Days…

Great place to watch March Madness and all sporting events. Local teams always on the big screens. Has MLB, NHL & NFL packages on DirecTV. Food has always been good. Bar area is fun with lots of room. Monday - Friday food specials are pretty good for the prices.Kid-friendliness: Recommend sitting on restaurant side

Sports your typical American grill fare. Fries are nicely seasoned backed up with some decent burgers. Healthier options are usually quite good as well, but the major player here are the wings, which are probably their most popular item. Definitely recommend ordering some during your visit. Atmosphere can definitely get a little loud and crowded, making it difficult to hear the server and each other.

This place is great. Been there a couple times on my extended work trip. The selection of food is very good. Provides good selection of meat and seafood entrees as well as your typical burgers and appetizers. Had a couple burgers and the fish and chips. All of which were very well prepared and arrived in appropriate time. They have a good selection of house brewed beers (mainly had the Philly but sampled other's) and they are better than the ones I've tasted in a mile radius of the place (they are also not flat like the other places I have visited while in Philly). Writing this on last day in Philly so that probably won't change. Mainly sat at bar and had the same bartender who was excellent. It is 2024. I would like to add that the food in the past couple of months has drastically changed. This evening, I had some wings. Don't mean to sound like an a-hole, but if i have to pay more, I expect a little more. So, the first set of wings came out cold and overcooked. I couldn't eat, had to send back. The second ones were at least hot. The wings were still overcooked, and 2 of 10 were cooked good, the other 8 were very tough. Definitely not what it used to be on the first review.

We've been coming to this Glory Days for years and we keep coming back for the great food and service from the staff. John Breslin and Elliot at the bar took great care of us and when we went to our table Gerard was a big help for our party of 35. We'll definitely be coming back real soon.
