I go to the Burke JM’s often. It amazes me how Omar can remember multiple sandwich orders! He never gets them wrong. He’s always pleasant and is def a good face for the company. Yall better do what you have to to keep him around!

This place was just Ok, when I walked in I saw food all over the floor and the chairs were practically falling apart. The sub I got was GREAT. I maybe would come back here.

I have ordered uber eats several times and they have always gotten the order right on point, with all the customizations requested. You can compare this to other sub places in the area and easily see that their tuna sub or cheesesteak sub are much better. The bread seems freshly made, and the meat seems fresher. They also give you a good amount of meat- the sub is basically stuffed with meat even without ordering extra meat on it.

The manager made my sandwich and he was super stingy with the protein. I've never had something so skimp in my life. Wish I hadn't paid for the sandwich before they made it or would have walked out. Your location lost a customer for life! I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul.

Unsanitary. They use the same gloves to cash out customers and then walk over and touch your food. When you point it out, they say the monitor is "Sanitized". If you bring it to their attention, they ask you to leave rather than change gloves and make a new sandwich.Do Better.

I usually go to a different Jersey Mike's location, but was in the area and went in to redeem my birthday gift today... on my birthday. When I told the blonde lady what I wanted she asked me what kind of bread I wanted, I asked nicely what the options were again and she yelled the options at me like I had done something wrong. She mumbled something to her coworker and raised her voice again to ask me if I wanted anything else. Luckily the guy making the food behind her, was nice enough to finish the transaction... appropriately. I'm just really upset that I got yelled at on my birthday, thanks for ruining my day.

I picked up my two subs today and they were pitiful. I didn't want to write this bad review, but I tried calling the store, and no one answered. My rolls were flaky and my subs had hardly no meat on them. What a terrible disappointment. I know the Manager was not there. I get your subs a lot and I hate to complain but this is not acceptable. I came here for a quick bite to eat and I ordered a cheese steak. It was the best cheese steak I've had in a while. The beef was cooked nicely and there wasn't a ton of cheese which I liked. The bread also had a nice toast on it.

Usually the food is there waiting on you. Well today, they lost their 5 stars with me. 3 employees but only 1 was working. Finally the 2 decided to join in. However, I still waited over 10 minutes for my mobile order that was placed 25 minutes ago. I will never eat from them again. Horrible customer service!
