20250714 Stopped here around 9:40 tonight to get some fried chicken for my pup. We only eat dark meat, and fortunately, they have dark meat available when I arrived this late. Thankfully, when I ordered 3 or 4 piece dark meat, I always get all legs and thighs. Unlike, Popeye that considers wings as dark meat, and their 3-piece chicken includes 1 wing, 1 leg and 1 thigh, which is annoying. I started going to KFC these last 2 visits because of it. Although my pup prefers Bojangles, and it appears that my pup likes Popeyes better than KFC. She didn't eat all her KFC chicken tonight.

It’s not about the place or the stupid 10$ is about thst stupid yellow card you are handing out to customers to do a survey and I started take the survey and when I put the code on the yellow card it states i’m not qualified not qualified I didn’t even get to give any info about myself or start the survey on KFC and I saw a lot of people with the same issue !!! why do you waste peoples time😡

The food is good at KFC, but the service was a little disappointing. It took like 10 minutes for a cashier to take our order. I kept trying to say ‘hi’ to the cashier who were refusing to go to the cashier and take our order. This is more of a corporate issue, but the cashier said I cannot redeem points unless it is an online order, which is a ridiculous corporate policy. Also, they need to do something about people hogging the soda station. I had to wait 5 minutes to get my soda, and the employee took like 15 minutes in the bathroom when I had to go. The chicken and mashed potatoes were good, but the service needs to do better.
