We had an amazing experience at Lassan Indian Restaurant! The food was flavorful, the atmosphere is warm and our waiter Sujal was absolutely wonderful , friendly, attentive, and made our night even better. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the better Butter Chickens I've had and on point with the spice level. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Please fix the service, you can see from the recent reviews that you need to do address it soon. It’s slow and at least in our case missed one order(did not mention unavailable item and brought something else). The service becomes a distraction from the amazing food and great ambience. Good luck!

Tried after seeing and hearing the hype of this place. The food was okay - we liked the masala fries and the chaitini the best. the dessert was decent as well. the chaat was too simple, expecting more material. the main courses were okay, nothing special. we did note that we asked for mild and the malai kofta was not mild, if was more that medium spicy level (and we're indian/brown). service was slow, not just for us but in general. they were not in sync with the bar. we got food before drinks. we got a free margarita because they miscommunicated adn made it 2x.

Was craving Indian food and decided to go here and it was exactly what I wanted and more. Food was fantastic and the service was equally as good. Praveen waited on us and was fantastic, extremely friendly and attentive. Also their bowls and plates are adorable I wanted to steal them. Will definitely be back. 10/10

The service is horrible. Waited for a long time to be seated and long time to order , then they brought my husband kabob with no rice , his kabob got cold and then they messed up spice level of my food and my husband’s.

Good Indian food is hard to come by in Northern Virginia but this place is legit. Definitely recommend the butter chicken, chicken Tikka masala, lacha paratha, and samosas. If you love a kick in the mouth for good spiciness, I loved the bullet naan.

The food seems to take a while to come out but it is very delicious and they're happy hour is cheap. Delicious lentil soup in samosa chaa

Food was delicious. Services was fine for me but slow for my companion. I like the quiet ambiance but the did have music (it was not blaring so I did have to shout). The specialty drinks were great!

We tried Lassan Indian Restaurant in Burke today, and it was such a wonderful experience for me and my kids. We started with the Tikka Masala Fries and Nachos — honestly, we were surprised by how delicious they were! Then we ordered the Butter Chicken, Lamb Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, and the Mixed Grill. Every single dish was amazing, full of flavor, and the portions were generous too.
The service was excellent very attentive and friendly and the restaurant itself is clean and welcoming. Overall, such a great spot for authentic Indian food. Highly recommend!

I placed a pickup order and arrived to get it. After waiting 30 minutes, I checked on the status and was told it would be ready in another 5 minutes. However, after that time passed, the staff informed me they couldn't locate my order. I spent 45 minutes waiting for an order that was never found. This was a very frustrating experience and incredibly poor service and I left without food.

The food here is delicious, full of authentic flavor and great quality. The interior is surprisingly elegant and upscale, yet the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I would even say $18 for butter chicken is cheap, especially considering how fancy the interior feels. It’s a hidden gem that feels high-end without breaking the bank. Perfect spot for a date night or even just treating yourself to something nice!

Probably this is not for Desis. Food is bland, would recommend the owner to taste the food and provide his honest review. Service is good and the ambience too, something is missing. Not sure if $25 per person is a right price in this kind of high inflation market. Good luck, and try to make authentic biryani if you can.
