Good pizza, not the greatest. Can't put my finger on it but there is just something that makes it both unique in flavor but to me its just a bit off, that's contrary to the flow of the the flavor pallet. Probably my taste buds. That said Im being very particular in my review, its still great pizza.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been ordering from them since they were in the gas station. To see what it turned in to is very disappointing.
To start- I called to check on my order- asking them to read my order notes (they never do, I always have to call to tell them so my stuff is right) 98% of the time it’s still wrong.
The lady answering the phone doesn’t speak any English so hangs up every time I start talking. I’ve even received, “I’m too busy.. “click. Really???? What horrible service and so incredibly rude.
I finally get my sandwich- an hour later- cold, and well… wrong. My sandwich was bare and dry, missing all ingredients except the meet. Even no cheese- it’s a steak and cheese!!! I asked before to speak to a manager and they hang up. I used to love this place after going since I was a teen- but the way they speak, treat and provide to customers is concerning. Especially if we don’t speak Spanish. I am truly appalled.

I had an awesome experience here, I called ahead to ask if they offered halal, non-pork pepperoni which is really rare to find and they accommodated to me! Super impressed with their customer service right from the call. The staff were friendly, and the pizza was delicious!!! Exactly how I requested. Definitely my go-to spot now. Highly recommend!

The fried oreos could have been great if they weren't fried in the same oil as chicken wings, thus picking up the distinct taste of fried chicken on the batter. It really ruined the taste. The apple caramel cake was good, but needed to be warmed up prior to serving.

We used to really like takeout from here. Generally, the pizza is pretty great, but lately delivery times have been awful. The drivers indicate that they're under-staffed. That's a problem for Manginos - not the customer. Today, our order took TWO HOURS! We're less than two miles away - that's unacceptable. Once we finally got the pizzas (two mediums), we had to wait another 30mins to reheat because they arrived cold. When we called, we sat on hold forever and they were NO help. I get that you are busy in a Friday, but if you're too busy, stop taking orders.
Finally, Google is asking me to review Atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and don't eat in. You'll keep your appetite that way.

The food was awful - old, dry and not sure if was even still good due to a strange odor. Try to support local, but you have to produce decent food for that kinda $$$.
I was mischarged for my order and instead of providing customer service and fixing the situation, the workers argued with me and told me to only the owner could refund me money for food not eaten. When they contacted the owner, he said it was his day off and he couldn't help. Check your bill, don't use the website and save yourself the headache- Papa John's is only 3 doors down in the same complex!

Double charged me and refused to credit me for their mistake. Escalated to management who told me to take it up with the credit card company. Poor service, rude and disrespectful management and unresponsive owner only cares about making money- even if it’s achieved by mischarging customers. Do not waste your money!

Overall we absolutely love their pizza. And their bacon cheese fries are to die for. My only complaint is their time management. I order through the Slice app and will show up typically 10-20 min AFTER it says my order is ready for pickup and I STILL get told they're still preparing the food and wait another 10-15 min. It doesn't matter if it's a simple lunch pickup or midweek dinner. We will continue to order but not as often since the time frame is so unpredictable.
ETA: tonight (4/20/24) there was some kind of glitch with Slice and it sent them an order that was only half right. The young lady working the front was incredibly sweet. She made the missing item, told me to keep the food I didn't order, then gave me a drink and a dessert on the house. It was incredibly nice and unexpected.
