Very poor customer service, staff not aware on how to use the McDonald app to redeem rewards. Blamed McDonald for having a poor and hard to use app.
In the last two weeks I have gone to the drive through and ordered first time 2 Medium Mocha Frappes. They were not filled to where others are and had settled about 5 min after purchase. Last Thursday night I tried it again and this time ordered a Shamrock Mocha Frappe and a large Mocha Frappe. Again not full, Shamrock had no green in it. Also no Mint in the Shamrock. Both did not have hardly any whipped cream or drizzles because they had no tops for them so they used soda...read full review
This McDonald's closed on December of last year for a remodel. I can't find any mention of when it will open. The local Burger King thanks McDonalds for its lack of communication with the local community.
