i placed a mobile order and when i got to the window the app reset and didn’t show me a code and i explained that to the person at the window and she was EXTREMELY RUDEEEEEEE AND WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER. please be nice to people i explained that it already charged my card and she literally said oh well maybe it wil go away tmr. that was extremely rude. i’m just trying to get a quick cheep bite to eat i’m a college student trying to make it by and that whole interaction made me cry.

Almost every time we order from this McDonalds, they get the order wrong. Leaving out things. This time it was a whole happy meal, fries and a chicken sandwich. How can you miss so much food? Then when you call to settle things, they want you to drive to them to pick up the rest of your order. Um, no. THEY should be responsible to deliver the missing food at their expense. Plus, you can never expect to receive fresh fries. Every time I get brown, cold, stale french fries. They must have the most lazy, incompetent workers they could have hired. This place needs new management.

Visited here because I was quite hungry. Times are tough for me so I could only redeem one reward for some free food a large fries. Sadly I got forgotten and walked up and asked for my order. The manager look shocked and apologized and got my food herself. She then even gave me a free drink that I didn’t order.

Thank you McDonald’s it may not seem like a lot but this made my day. Haven’t had a good job since my Active Duty from Covid. This small act of kindness doesn’t go unnoticed!

I simply wanted some sauce. I went up to the counter and the rude ladies kept ignoring me. Once I got their "royalty" attention they refused to give me my sauce. I said I'll pay because I ain't broke and they still kept repeating THEIRS SAUCE IN THE BAG. I get it, I want more. Like damn lemme pay for my sauce???? Y'all keeping giving these low lives manager positions. Is food service really going down hill??? Do better.
