The food was absolutely not appetizing. I got two McChicken’s and both McChicken’s tasted cold fries tasted so soggy. like just by looking at the McChicken you can see that it’s not even cooked properly. and that drive-through person that was giving me the food. He has a nasty attitude closes the door so hard when I was going to ask him something I didn’t even bother asking. I just left none of the employees that do drive-through are ever smiling. They don’t look like they don’t wanna work there

Error on app, it allowed me to order even though they were closed. Spoke to customer service they said to go to the store for a refund, store refused to refund. Manager was disrespectful during entire transaction.

I ordered a large caramel coffee and the lady didn’t know how to make it, I drove back and asked for them to remake it, and she still didn’t know how to make a iced coffee. If you’re not trained on how to do something, don’t do it and have someone else do it.

The worst Lobby no ice in the ice machine everything is filthy and dirty avoid this McDonald's anyway you can, you'll do better going to DC somewhere getting a cleaner atmosphere. Apparently the supervisor at night is Teresa and that's who make sure that everything stays up to McDonald's standards unfortunately that is not so.

Teresa apparently shift Supervisor, I come to get a refill on my coke there is NO ICE in the machine, I come and ask for ice she refuses to give any ice‼️ Iam a customer that comes every day for a soda. But the one time I came to use a refill she treated me like Iam bum off the streets and refused to do so because Iam under dressed in sweat paints not in my suit🧐 THE WORST I have been treated about a Soda…. She should be demoted or FIRED ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Whenever I come here, I get my food delivered to the parking spot and they never make me feel bad about it, very professional and ask if I need anything else before going back inside the restaurant
ALWAYS check your order. Seems like 9 times out of 10, there's something wrong in our order. The food is fine, but if we're not missing something, we'll get something we didn't order or be missing something we did. That said, they'll fix it if you have time to deal with it. We usually don't. We've been going to this location for 20 years since we live within a mile and it's the closest fast food. I won't say to avoid the location, just (always) check your order before leaving the window.

Ordered a Large Caramel Frappe. Went n picked up. The Frappe was full of just crushed ice. Went back to return n change it. The girl made me a small frappe instead of my large n didn’t even put caramel on top. I said why small n she was like you drank some from the bad frappe. Another guy helped me get a large one but this one is without ice now. Dunno what to say 🤷♀️

I went there and order led in the drive thru Saturday morning and Sunday the very next day my card info was used for fraud. I stop by to let the manager know and showed him the info Navy federal provided and he didn’t say anything. Seem like he could not be bothered. Will never go there ever again.
I am leaving this review so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thankfully navy federal gave me my money back but as far as this McDonald’s never again.

Honestly super disappointed with this McDonald’s. The manager was being rude to her own employees right in front of customers. You could tell the workers were trying their best, but she was talking down to them like they didn’t matter. It made the whole place feel uncomfortable.
