Went through drive-thru. Nobody at the pay here. Window rolled over to pick up window. The employees were very upset. I told them the pay window lady should never leave her post with a lawn full of people. Other than that, good

The kids meal nuggets around 3pm were over cooked, or possibly cooked again? The fries and nuggets are generally not as good as they are at other locations and this and the West Springfield location tend to forget the sauce (despite the order taker asking which one and it showing on the monitor).

Always a long wait and rarely any service whatsoever. Whenever possible, I always prefer Chick-fil-A.
Forgot my desert. They made it right with coupons and then they did it again. Burnt my chicken sandwiches twice and over cooked my wife’s as well.

I ordered food on the table, they didn't bring anything, it was served in a paper bag as a takeaway!!! They didn't put anything on the ketchup, put a paper bag on the counter and that's it!!!
The morning manager is easily the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at McDonald’s. She has absolutely no business working customer service.

We went very recently. The kid taking money at the drive-thru was very pleasant and helpful. I forgot to order my child his drink, so he took care of it and everything was ready at the window & the order was correct .

This McDonald is very rude and when my son asked for a Power rate the chick that took our order giggle and said we don’t have that here, my son asked than why put it on your menu she shrugged her shoulders looking at us with on annoyed look and said I don’t know that I asked if they will take it down and she only kept saying I don’t know, didn’t even say thank you for coming or nothing.
