I've tried hello fresh, factor and mightymeals. Out of all 3, mightymeals if my favorite by far. I prefer them for a few reasons 1. There food is delicious and is ready in 2 minutes 2. You can order a delivery with as little as 1-2 days in advance 3. You are not forced into a subscription. You can order as many meals as you want as often as you want and can take breaks.
They offer deals occasionally, so make sure to check your email for any 10-20% off deals. I bought a gift card for cyber Monday that had a 25% off deal recently which was nice. Their meals also are pretty low calorie and high in protein, so it's been pretty easy to stick to my diet (there are 30+ options of meals ~400-600 calories with 40+ grams of protein each). I would highly recommend!

If the mighty meals owner is reading this review, I request you to reach out to me please. As I have tried multiple ways to speak with a manager or someone higher up based in the US, but I haven't had a luck. This bad review is the result of the theft of my personal cooler packs that were placed in the tote and the delivery guy took the liberty to take my personal cooler packs during the meal delivery. When I submitted a ticket about this issue, I was told they would return the packs during the next delivery. A week later, the cooler packs were not returned to me and unfortunately the delivery guy did not speak English so I couldn't even ask any more questions. I called the customer support only to be reached to someone overseas, who kept interrupting me, was not willing to resolve the issue, and was rude and condescending. My issue is first off the theft should not have happened, but it did, I looked the other way thinking it was just a honest mistake. But dodging my requests by dragging it further that someone will contact me on Monday and not even trying to resolve the issue in other shape or form until I confronted the support personnel. If you are running a business that is about customer satisfaction, then you should train your staff properly to provide a better customer service when issues arise. I also did not submit a ticket about another issue that happened recently with one of my meals. While I was eating CHICKEN bruschetta meal, I found a piece of foil in my food and I was a bit shocked cuz these meals comes sealed so I don't understand how a piece of foil would have sneaked in unless it happened when packing the meal. Your meals are very good overall, but your customer service is very poor and hard to reach for issues that needs to be addressed sooner than later. So please reach out to me to address this ongoing issue, otherwise I would be compelled to use another service as trust is very important to me when providing my business to a service and if I can't establish that, then it becomes difficult to continue to provide my business to the service. I absolutely love MightyMeals. I stumbled across this a few months ago and decided to try it out. I loved the idea that there’s no subscription involved with minimum numbers of orders you need to place in certain amounts of time, and also the convenience of having a prepared meal in a single portion that I could just heat up and it would be ready to eat. However, the bonus I found from this is that I’m losing weight and I really love that - the portion size works! I love the food and the amounts are perfect with no hunger in between meals. I do wish they would make fewer of the meals with red peppers in them, but there are still plenty of choices that I can make. The ease of ordering and the delivery are terrific, and the price of the meals ends up being far less than I was paying for groceries or restaurant meals before I started with MightyMeals. Highly recommend!

Update: The company did fulfill the order later that night and I was also contacted by a delivery manager. The Customer Success manager has also reached out to me to assist and address this issue, and I have since placed 2 more orders with no issue. I've amended my review and appreciate the personalized attention.
Terrible delivery service. They no showed on a critical scheduled order and never delivered my meals. Called customer service two times and they said they werent able to assist, claiming the driver is "new." I will never order from here again and suggest that you don't as well. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.

Mighty Meals driver on Piney Branch Pky didn’t slow down or stop when my husband and I were crossing at clearly marked crosswalk. Not a good reference for driver delivery.

Amazing, high quality meals. We tried a couple other companies for sometime and switched to Mighty Meals just to try something different. The only regret that I have is that we didn't know about them sooner. Sooooo many choices, and really great options.

We love that you can scan your meals into fitness pal, the environmentally conscious packaging, and even the best-by dates on the packaging. We’ve seen the company grow so much since we first tried it in 2022 and we’re amazed by how much the meals, packaging and service get better and better every time. I’ve also noticed the food quality, even though it was great even in 2022, has gotten even better now. They truly ensure no stone is left unturned. Yes, I’m writing this as I eat my mighty meals, which is the classic Machacado that I’ve loved since first trying mighty meals years ago! Also thank you to the driver who always sends a picture of our meal getting delivered.
