Usually I don’t leave bad reviews or reviews in general but I have ordered from mighty meals for over a year now. I love the food it’s amazing and great. I’m just really fed up with the delivery service process. The times literally are changing constantly. The driver says they’ll be there at 12. Doesn’t get there until 3. Constantly changing the time over and over again. There are times they said they were here and we ended up waiting over 15 mins before the driver said they were there. It’s frustrating for people to plan a day when you say you’re gonna be here between these times and we’re waiting hours and they still haven’t showed up yet. I understand that nobody can control traffic but it’s constantly happening every weekend. Also, it’s frustrating that the delivery service driver can’t even say they’re sorry or act like they don’t care about the fact that they were late.

I was told through my employer that a 25% discount is available from Mighty Meals for all employees. I have used Cook Unity for over a year, and thought that this company might be a local, fresher option. I inquired about the discount via a customer service inquiry. They asked me to confirm my position, and I did so. They validated my employment, gave me an initial promo code to use and stated that “we'll gladly apply your membership discount” after the initial promo code expired.Well the code expired this week, after a couple orders. I contacted them as directed, and suddenly the 25% discount is no longer applicable to me, with no further explanation.I promptly cancelled the order I submitted minutes prior, and will go back to Cook Unity. Further, I contacted my employer and advised them about Mighty Meals’ bait and switch tactics by attaching the misleading email messages they sent me.

As someone who travels for extended periods of time, I appreciate not having to pause anything or spend money on something I’m not using. The meals are delivered right to your door in an insulated bag on ice on a day of your choosing.I’ve used Mighty Meals for over a year and have only had one issue.
