First of all the pizza arrived an hour after the estimated arrival time second they did not answer the phone once after calling 7 times to ask why it was late 3rd of all when it finally arrived they did not comp the Meal or apologize then got mad for not tipping the pizza itself cost 21$ it was a plan medium cheese pizza it arrived room temp and hard as a rock it tasted like thick cardboard worst pizza ever better of buying from dominos

I go in papa john to pick up small pizza, the guy hand me pizza quickly and moves to next customer, i come home to open the box notice there is no pepperoncini and garlic dipping sauce, isn't papa john supposed to include this no matter the size of pizza.

Ordered pizzas at 6 pm. The app said it would be about an hour and a half. I was okay with that. What I’m not okay with is not getting an update to let me know that the order would take an additional hour, bringing wait time to 2:30hrs before I could expect to pick up the pizzas. If I had been informed, I could have changed plans, ordered elsewhere, etc. Right now, someone needs to be calling customers to let them know or the app needs to be utilized to inform customers. This is unacceptable when it’s too easy to communicate. I’ve had teens at my house waiting on pizza for almost two hours now.
Called 4 other Papa John’s and no one had an idea what the NATS50 promo was after the game. Most had trouble understanding. This location had the similar issue but the gentleman on the phone (Wesley i think) decided to somehow make it work. Thank you sir, we will be ordering from here and only here moving forward. Cheers

Ordered pizza on 6/19 to PJ pool #15. The crust on the works pizza was stiff. Poor texture. I dont know if it was overcooked, cooked at wrong temperature, or the dough was stale but it sucked. Im also not sure why the delivery driver needed a signature considering it was a paypal order but of course a tip was prompted and my gf added $4 (she was unaware I had already tipped $6 online) to which the delivery guy copped an attitide.. so he actually got a $10 tip and wasn't happy. Will not order again.
