Got my Uber eats order wrong. Called to get it corrected so I could pay for it again after getting a refund from Uber but they would not honor the price Uber charged me to fix their mistake. Pathetic business and I’ll never order from here again. Stuck with food I cannot eat because of people who can’t read apparently. Whoever the shift manager is on October 14th at 6:30 pm hung up on me as well. Do not order from here.

Look: it’s Pizza Hut. It’s not that deep people. Yeah sometimes the website is buggy, but it’s not THIS Pizza Hut location’s fault. I’ve always done pickup from this location, so I can’t speak to the delivery experience, but the pizza and sides have always been great. It’s not super fancy or gourmet or high end, but I set my expectations accordingly to Pizza Hut and not some high end place.If you’re craving some solid pizza or haven’t tried Pizza Hut in a while, this is a great location to do so.

This Pizza Hut location was great. My kids liked the Big New Yorker, but our order from the Pizza Hut on Commerce St a couple weeks ago was not hot and arrived in poor shape. So I decided to carry out from this location. It was ready in less than 15 minutes, very hot, and my kids loved it!

I tried logging in to the Pizza Hut website for this Shiplett Blvd, Springfield, VA location but the website isn't working. I wanted to check out the prices before ordering. I was able to log in to other Pizza Hut locations in VA, MD and The District of Columbia and they had large 1 topping pan style pizzas for $9.99. I assumed my location would be similar. I ordered the pizza and picked it up. To my surprise a large 1 topping pan pizza is $20.38, tax $1.22, total $21.60. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. This is outrageous.

With as oddball of a location as it is, I'm surprised it still does very well! The staff are nice, the camaraderie between them solid, and the pizza stays hot for a good time! My only complaints are that I feel the quality of the normal pizza has gone down a bit over the years, and the price for some items seems a bit silly, but overall still happy with the place. Pan pizzas are still a banger.
Glad one is left. A lot of them have already gone out of business, and I miss the red roofed ones. This one's my go to for carry out. Generally I'm not into vegetable pizzas, but there's something about Pizza Huts that I crave. More likely than not fresh veggies, that aren't frozen like their competitors do. Their wings are quite good also.This one getting to and from, keep your eyes ready. It's a busy shopping strip mall. Yet it is a bit of happiness. Prices have gone up due to inflation, but recommend the friendly service here. Also a very clean restaurant. If you're in the area it's worthy of a visit.

Most likely not coming back. My food was so hard I thought I broke a tooth.The crust cut my gums and I had to go to the dentist to have a piece of the crust removed from my gums. Had I known it would be that bad I would have eaten glass.I placed an online order around 930a for an 1115a pickup. I checked in and a guy came out about two minutes later and walked around the parking lot cluelessly looking for my vehicle. I was parked right in front. He went up to every white vehicle in the parking lot. After about three minutes walking in the cold he looked right at me then proceeded to walk back to the store. I rolled down my window and asked “Is that for *****?” He said yes and gave it to me.Both boxes were cold to the touch.When I got back to work I assumed my pizza pocket thing I got was in the big box. Nope. Was in this tiny little box. (Waste of money/proportions) I took my first bite into this thing and it surely was made long before my pickup time of 1115a. It was like crunching on broken glass.I used to come here over 7 years ago. Now I remember why I stopped coming. One terrible pizza order cost me $73 at the dentist. Pffffffft
