Unfortunately this Starbucks does not give rewards for drinks. I have visited this Starbucks multiple times and none of it is on my account history. The male working today 08/01/2025 around 11:50pm stated they do not scan QR codes so I presented the barcode for rewards and it still did not work and he continued to dish out bad customer service. Simple put up a sign that states that this Starbucks does not give rewards or retrain employees.

Frequented this Starbucks daily for coffee and a croissant, but a new employee has made it frustrating. I've always grabbed snacks from the shelves, but now I'm told I must check out separately at the Safeway register or self checkout and they can’t check us out here anymore which defeats the purpose of quick service. The new manager(Noah) is rude and unhelpful. I love the staff here but may have to find another location if this continues. Disappointed!
Check your receipt! We are rewards members. The barista somehow managed to take off an extra 100 points on our rewards drink! And charged us on our supposed free drink for all the extras we added to the drink. Which are supposed to be free. We didn’t realize till later!

The guy working this afternoon was awful. 10 minutes to help one person make 2 coffees. Didn't even acknowledge anyone else in line.
Mercedes always has a smile for everyone, is efficient, and makes a fantastic chai latte.

Friendly Service! Hot Tasty Coffees! My wife and I enjoy this Starbucks close to our neighborhood. The coffees are always Delicious. We enjoy having this shop close to us. They are hard working, kind baristas and are Highly recommended.
I am not a Starbucks fan-not at all! However, in a rush and for the convenience of this location-I stopped for an iced cappuccino. What a mistake!Employee Ashley-is slow-not just slow-she has zero customer service skills. Further-she is a one drink at a time person. As she makes one drink and is waiting for blender to finish she stands and stares at the blinder versus taking another order. While she waited for a guests sandwich to heat up-she stood and stared at the heater-she lost 3 people in 10 min that were tired of standing in line. I have stood here a total of 16 min, and in this time she has completed 2 iced beverages and one heated sandwich and took one order-which she is still currently making. I have yet to be acknowledged and I’m standing at the register.Starbucks has horrible drinks -add this service (or lack thereof) and you see why I Hate Starbucks. I will have been here over 20 min and I was the second person in line! Unreal! New staff needed and better management.Update-I finally get to order-very simple order-large iced cappuccino extra shot with skim milkAfter 3 min of standing looking at the coffee machine she pulls out a booklet-then about 2 min later-asked me how to make an “iced cappuccino “. SMH

Great location inside a Safeway. If anyone is expecting corporate standalone service/environment/etc they are making a mistake. As far as grocery store locations go, this one is probably the best overall. The baristas are always quite knowledgeable and skilled, they hardly ever run out of anything that I've seen, and they are pretty fast. If there's a line, go look at some grapes or something and come back in a few minutes.

According to web they were open till 9 pm.....this starbucks is locatined in a safeway....so we arrived at 730 went to do our shopping before we would order. . Only to be at the order station at exactly 8pm..and was told that they just closed at 8. Now I really would expect them to fill the orders of anybody "In the door " especially since they advertised they were open till 9. Customer service is slowing going out the window. Sad.
