Absolutely disgusting, there was hair in my drink and I didn’t discover it until I had already left. I had to throw it away and try to talk to customer support for a refund, but they say it has to be investigated first. I’m fine if it’s made wrong or late, but if there’s hair in the drinks then it cannot be consumed. It’s definitely not my hair because my hair is curly and black brown. Lost my money and was too far to ask for a remake.

Male barista who picked up the phone was curt and rude. I politely asked a question and he just answered with one word, I get that you’re busy but that’s not a reason to be cold to people asking a question.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the area! The team here is fast, efficient, and always gets my order just right — even during the morning rush. The baristas are incredibly friendly, greeting customers with a smile and often by name, which makes it feel like a true neighborhood coffee shop. It’s the perfect way to start my day, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my morning coffee.

I literally come here every week. Have done so for a while. This one employee, Brecht, started trying to nickel and dime me for .85 cents every time I get a refill on a coffee with sugar free syrup. This is the only employee in any Starbucks that does this to me. Horrible way to treat a regular, and am considering taking my business, and that of my clients, away from this location due to his poor customer service. If .85 cents is worth it to lose a customer, you’ve lost sight of what should really matter. Shameful!

not all starbucks are the same! i’ve liked this one as they give a good doppio espresso and timely and haven’t faced issues although my orders are simple. thank you
Service is typically great here but I was absolutely just blown away by Brechts customer service! He was patient, informative, and just so pleasant to talk to despite running into a hiccup with my pastry order! He went above and beyond and just made my late night coffee run before a long night of studying! Thank you, Brecht!

My go to location, has been since 2003! No matter how busy it is the barista’s are working hard to get everyone’s orders to them ASAP. And, the quality of the beverages are still outstanding. Friendly employees. If you’re at all close, I recommend you make it your regular Starbucks too.
