This place has gone downhill. The drinks taste awful. For the amount of money we spend they need to taste how they are supposed to taste

This is the only Starbucks location I go to, and to be completely honest it is the best one! Every staff member shows an incredible amount of respect and they are ALL so kind and gentle with the customers. My coffee is always perfect, the conversations are delightful, and the vibe of the store is amazing. Plenty of seating, the bathrooms are always clean, and same with the lobby. I think ALL of the workers at this Starbucks deserve raises and recognition for the hard work they do, and the consistency of their product that they provide. Thank you to every staff member at this Starbucks for your incredible mark on the community! If anyone from corporate see's this, please give everyone here raises. they work so hard.

This Starbucks has THE BEST staff!!! I noticed a true positive shift over a year ago. They are all kind and courteous. They greet everyone when they come in and say farewell when we leave. Whoever hires and trains your staff—Well Done!

I visited this Starbucks location with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The sandwiches lacked quality, and it was disappointing to find that they didn't have half of the options available during the morning hours. Not only were the sandwiches not delicious, but the price tag of $6-7 felt unjustified. Hoping to see improvements in both variety and taste in the future.

Today I ordered a grande Cappuccino, I really regret.The put only milk without espresso shots although I have ordered via Starbucks app there was 2 shots of espresso but they put only steamed milk that was disgusting.I was on a hurry and I have no time to return back to this failure horrible place to change.The service is so bad. I'll no longer go there anymore.

Just did take out Regular Coffee and Caramel Macchiato. Coffee is served so cold and yuck. I expected better coffee/service from Starbucks.

Terrible service at this location, the drinks aren’t ever made correct and my pastry smelled like bacon?? Maybe clean the oven every once in a while? Staff isn’t friendly at all, needs new management & training.

I just left out of this Starbucks and the service is awful! There needs to be a manager overseeing the teenage workers. The teenage workers had their friends come after I had ordered they received their drinks immediately. After ten minutes waiting and seeing people order after get their drink before myself was very upsetting! I am never returning to this Starbucks!

The person behind the counter made me want to cry. I ordered a venti strawberry açaí lemonade. I asked for light ice and none of the added strawberry bits in it because I was not going to be drinking it immediately and I don’t like when the strawberry gets soggy. The guy didn’t make it with light ice and upon handing me my drink he said “here you go without any of the healthy bits” I felt degraded and judged every step of the process. It made me want to never come back and I left quickly. This just happened.
