I truly detest this Starbucks. First, and most egregious, is the parking lot situation. Mobile ordering here is a joke. Theres maybe 8 available parking spots, all of which are occupied almost every time I've stopped here. The service road next to the building has no parking available, and so that usually leaves the rest of the parking lots which require crossing through fares of the shopping complex that have no cross walks. Second, the baristas usually mess up my drinks one way or another. The cold foams are typically flavorless and watery. The matcha lattes will come unsweetened even if you don't make any drink customizations. No one has been particularly friendly when ordering, so I will generally avoid this location when possible.

This is the only Starbucks location I go to, and to be completely honest it is the best one! Every staff member shows an incredible amount of respect and they are ALL so kind and gentle with the customers. My coffee is always perfect, the conversations are delightful, and the vibe of the store is amazing. Plenty of seating, the bathrooms are always clean, and same with the lobby. I think ALL of the workers at this Starbucks deserve raises and recognition for the hard work they do, and the consistency of their product that they provide. Thank you to every staff member at this Starbucks for your incredible mark on the community! If anyone from corporate see's this, please give everyone here raises. they work so hard.

This Starbucks has THE BEST staff!!! I noticed a true positive shift over a year ago. They are all kind and courteous. They greet everyone when they come in and say farewell when we leave. Whoever hires and trains your staff—Well Done!

I visited this Starbucks location with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The sandwiches lacked quality, and it was disappointing to find that they didn't have half of the options available during the morning hours. Not only were the sandwiches not delicious, but the price tag of $6-7 felt unjustified. Hoping to see improvements in both variety and taste in the future.

Today I ordered a grande Cappuccino, I really regret.The put only milk without espresso shots although I have ordered via Starbucks app there was 2 shots of espresso but they put only steamed milk that was disgusting.I was on a hurry and I have no time to return back to this failure horrible place to change.The service is so bad. I'll no longer go there anymore.

Terrible service at this location, the drinks aren’t ever made correct and my pastry smelled like bacon?? Maybe clean the oven every once in a while? Staff isn’t friendly at all, needs new management & training.
