Is It that hard to put sauces in a bag with an order that specifically asked for sauce packets? Y’all honestly need better workers if putting sauce packets in a bag is that hard. I put in another delivery order just to get some sauce packets (wrote It in the notes section) and they declined my order 2 minutes after I placed It. I tried calling multiple times and they went straight to an automated message. Please hire new workers.

ordered through uber eats..cancelled order within 3 minutes as someone in my party wanted something else..first time this ever happened..received notice in my email 12 hours later stating I still be charged..if still charged I would still want my food.uber eats no refund..what a shame as I do love this taco bell and regularly visit (I even went there today not knowing of last nights charge) I will sooo miss those black bean crunch wraps and grilled steak and cheese burritos..the staff is awesome, wish i knew name of young guy at counter..and the place is always clean..oh well..this mishap had me cancel my Uber subscription and lost my business here at this taco bell..I will miss you guys.

You literally cannot use your e-giftcards, they show up but when you complete your order, it doesn't reflect your e-giftcard amount and charges you the whole amount. Its a classic bait and switch, unfortunately. I tried emailing support, its been weeks without a response.. my money is gone.

The past 2-3 years this place has really declined, seems always busy inside but the take out dishes have declined significantly.
Specify what meat you want in everything you order, check all meals before you leave the window. Ordered 2 chicken chalupas, was given beef instead. Ordered two cinnamon twist, only got the one. I look at all my kfc meals, not a single biscuit. I forgot to order a meal at the speaker, tried to order at the window only to be told I could not. THEY THEN ASKED ME TO WAIT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING FOR MY FOOD TO COME OUT. No utensils, napkins, or straws. 50$ later, utterly amazing
