The inside is filthy. The restroom had no TP and the hand dryer was frigid- how are the staff able to stay clean as they handle your food? Can a staff member even wash their hands if they know that the hand dryer is painful to use from how cold it is? And the trash bins were all overflowing. The soda also tasted weird. My food tasted weird, and the chicken tasted both like eggs and old for some reason. I hope it wasn't rotten. I'm not sure why I even ordered food from this place. I guess I was just that hungry at the time. I'll just drive to a different location next time.

For some reason, many times I go to the drive through, my order is messed up and is usually missing something. I always check before I leave the area just in case. For some reason they don't believe me. They will ask to see the entire bag of food. The usually put the tacos in a paper bag and the bag always rips when I double check my food and the tacos always fall out of the wrapping. Even if the bags are ripped and tacos have fallen out, they still wanted me to give them the ripped bag so they can check themselves. It's a little ridiculous...I paid over $40 worth of food....do they really think I am trying to scam them over 1 taco? Having a little trust from your customers would be nice. They make the mistake and then treat you like you're a liar and ask for your entire bag of food so they can count themselves. They don't even apologize for the mistake and look at you like you're a liar...I'm not going to lie about 1 taco and it's kind of rude to just assume the customer is lying. Like, use your brain... you really think I'm trying to scam you over 1 taco when I spent over $40? Lol. Also the way the put the food in the bag/food placement ends terribly. They will put a Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag with all the other stuff on top so that the topping of the Mexican pizza get stuck to the top of the box and makes all the cheese separate from the mexican pizza. Also, please wrap the tacos with more care because they fall out of the paper wrapping way too easily. Overall, they frequently mess up your order but don't trust you when you say something is missing, require you to handover all the bags so they can check themselves to see if you're lying.

I placed an order for two different chalupas and wings. I was charged $40+ and they gave me a burrito and two tacos and wings. I made sure when ordering to repeat it TWICE! They still got it wrong and I was too far away to go back. I tried calling today and never got a person. I'll try a different one next time.

The no refund policy is absurd especially when this place is apparently notorious for messing up your order. Had to drive back because an entire meal was missing.
It is nice to have the options of KFC and Taco Bell because these two restaurants complement each other. The Lux cravings box is reasonably priced at $7 and I enjoyed the 5-layer burrito, which was nice and soft inside with its beef and bean filling. I also ordered the KFC chicken, which was really juicy, very similar to Popeye’s. I also liked that the fried chicken was not too dry, but it was a little messy.
The service was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t use my KFC rewards because I had to order online. It also took a little time for the cashier to attend to my order. The menu could also be a little more organized as I felt that the presentation of the items was all over the place.
This location is also fairly clean. Overall, I recommend their fried chicken in the Burke area.
