They charge for altering items, which is crucial for vegetarians at Taco Bell. This doesn’t happen at other locations, and the cashier argued with me about substituting refried beans for black beans. I got charged 4 dollars for 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos on the dollar menu!!

This place in NOT on the Taco Bell app. It is a hybrid KFC/TB. We found it totally by accident. Food was great. Service would have been faster at a regular size store but I'm not complaining. Parking lot is tiny as is the drive thru area. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall but crossing the bust parking lot isn't the best idea.

We ordered a beefy five layered burrito and when he took our order he said ok no beef so we cleared it up at the window and said this has no beans right? And he confirmed and said yes no beans. We ordered it without beans because my cousin is allergic to the beans in the burrito and she bites into it and it has only beans and no beef. We go back and ask them for a refund and they question us and fault us and say that he had confirmed it with us and said “no beef” and we said yes. When in reality we had said “no beans.” We even told him to check the cameras to confirm that we had specifically said no beans. Instead he rudely closed the window on us after giving us our money back and refused to give us the right order. Overall they were very rude and disrespectful when the situation could have been handled in a better and more respectful manner. Very disappointing especially since we had been coming in all week with the same order and it had been right each time up until today.
They for got a taco in my drive through order. And years ago I ordered a steak quasadilla and only got 1 piece of steak on it.

I have never left a review at a place in my 25 years of life and this was the first place I left a review for l. The cashier was named Rebeca as it was shown on the receipt. I wish I could leave a a review lower than 1 star. The service was horrible attitude for no reason. I just tried to place an order and was being very respectful and was returned back a crazy attitude and I just thought she was having a bad day so I just said thank you and walked away after placing my order didn't complain or anything because it happens. But after receiving my food i was eating at the restaurant and I could hear her talking in the back yelling with a lot of profanity with other workers and they kept telling her to watch her language but she said "don't language me" which is outrageous even her co workers see her bad behavior how did someone like this even get hired? She needs to be talked to makes me never want to step foot in a Taco Bell or KFC ever again!

The past 2-3 years this place has really declined, seems always busy inside but the take out dishes have declined significantly, check each ordered dish before you leave for completeness and accuracy, 4x in a row they have blown it. No help when I called, definitely not what they used to be. Will not be going again.
