I went on the flip flop summer kick off free smoothie day! It was so good I couldn’t stop drinking it I drank it in like 5-10 minutes! That is definitely my new favorite drink from here! It’s so good!
Great experience and great service as well
Good cookies
Best trip in all of the dmv service is absolutely wonderful
The service is always great here and the food is always made fast and on point. amazing place to get your smoothies.
Really nice place to get a smoothie and amazing quesadillas. Very friendly staff and good location.
Management need to step up. Literally waited almost 30 minutes for something I ordered ahead of time. The 2 kids were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed and seem to happen often. The 2 people worked their butts off though
This was the worst Tropical visit I’ve ever had—and I go at least once a week. The service was good, but this?? There’s barely any chicken, and it looks completely unappetizing. I can’t even eat this… absolutely unacceptable. I didnt check until I got home because as I said, I get tropical smoothie at least once a week. And now I have no dinner.
Placed a delivery order, they didn’t include 2 items, I contacted them; haven’t heard back in over a month. I don’t recommend ordering here unless you pick it up yourself and check everything. I love the staff here, I just think it’s a system and corporate issue as I’ve had the same issue with the surrounding ones as well, worst one being the lorton location.
The Chia Banana Boost has a great peanut butter taste with the hint of banana. I like how they blend real dates in there; it complements the components of this smoothie really well!

very polite staff, nice and welcoming. would come again!
We love the acai bowls 😁 and the toast with peanut butter, banana, honey and chia seeds
I came here at 940 pm they told me that their kitchen was closed don’t they close at 10 pm? They had everything cleaned like they weren’t accepting anymore orders. I felt like I shouldn’t have come in. Who ever bought this franchise this is a good way to lose money if word gets around you don’t serve food before closing. Also to make the customer feel like they are a burden on the business for come 30 to 20 minutes before closing. People won’t come around this time anymore and maybe why you see a decrease of customers around this time.

I only ever order a peanut paradise it's my favorite drink, so I know how it usually tastes and it is delicious, hands down. I have come to this location about twice and the first time my drink was so water down I couldn't taste any peanut or banana or really any flavor, I gave the strore the benefit that it was a bit busy so I just left it at that, today I came in ordered the same drink and it was only 2 other customer other than me so I was expecting it to taste like a peanut paradise but this time my drink had a hit on peanut but after it tasted water down after taste. At this point, I'll probably stick to my usually tropical, though it's a bit further away.

I came in to order around 9:40 but they kicked us out before they closed. Really bad experience, ruined my night.
