Smoothies came out at a normal pace, but our 4 wraps took nearly 40 minutes to make. Unfortunately we had it to go so didn't notice until home that the buffalo chicken sauce was completely overrun across the wraps - was almost inedible due to how much sauce was used. Might need to hire more folks and train better. Can't wait that long for quick service food. Employees weren't rude, but also didn't seem to care either.

I would not pay for a smoothie at this location ever again. I typicallly go to one in Lorton and I get the same thing every time. They made me a smoothie here and used so much protein I couldn’t even taste the fruit. I had them remake it and it was basically water. Such a disappointment for a smoothie that costs $10!!! Would not reccomend this location.

Do not order delivery. I was still charged for an order that was canceled 30m after ordering via the Tropical Smoothie website. The week before two cookies were missing from an delivery order as well.When I called the store they gave me a number to call the manager instead??? The lady wouldn't even listen to what I was asking for the first 10min.I've sent in multiple requests/feedback on the website and still have yet to hear back or even receive confirmation that someone will be getting back to me.

I love this place! It's a great spot for some refreshing smoothies and delicious food. The atmosphere is always vibrant and tropical, which adds to the overall experience. The menu offers a wide variety of smoothies with fresh fruits and unique flavor combinations. My personal favorite is the Bahama Mama smoothie, it's so fruity and refreshing! They also have a great selection of wraps, sandwiches, and salads if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a healthy and tasty meal. Enjoy!

However, the owner's commendable approach to customer service has turned those few hiccups into opportunities for exceptional service recovery. His responsiveness, heartfelt apologies, and evident kindness have not only rectified any issues but have also deeply impressed me. It's this unwavering commitment to doing the right thing that keeps me coming back regularly. The owner's dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this establishment apart, making it deserving of a full five-star rating. Additionally, my daughter loves their breakfast burritos and smoothies so much that we order from here at least once a week on our way to her dance studio. I do very much recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe and hope they can find folks to work behind the counter who care enough about making customers happy as the owner of the store does.

3rd time going here and each time it just gets worse. Employees have a lot of trouble understanding orders, coupled with loud blenders, it becomes even more difficult. Also, management should schedule breaks around the busiest times, not right in the middle of the rush. Wait was so long people walked out. This is the 2nd time I’ve observed this. 35-40 min wait for 2 items.

Also serving a drink that no one has picken up yet to someone else is insane to even suggest. update : they may have actually servede the old drink i order derox which this is not im not sure if my protein additive and energizer are added. dont think im coming back.
