Stay away from this business.If there was an option for zero, I would have chosen Zero. That will be the appropriate grade to give to this business.I placed my order last Thursday at 8:38 PM. Ten minutes later I received a message that the business has canceled my order. I called the business and spoke to the manager( recorded phone call for my private records and to further probe my case) he told me he has seen the order, but they were about to close, however he verbally agreed on taking the order. He promised he will send the order in 25 minutes.The order never arrived. By the time I try to call to know what was going on with my order, the business was already closed. This business is unreliable and they clearly don’t stand up to the hours they advertise on their webpage. We were 6 people waiting on this general manager promise to fulfill the order that never happened.This type of behavior is unacceptable. I hope people consider other options before ordering from this restaurant.

I ordered a pizza online last night and it said it was gonna be delivered in 40 minutes and 1 hour went by and still no pizza delivery and then I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled. C'mon 1 hour after !! They could've just rejected the order when I was placing it.It was my first time ordering pizza from this place and it has been my worst experience ever ordering a pizza which I have never had a bad experience ordering pizzas in more than 30 years in nothern VA before.

I meant to order from Villa Bella which is also in the neighborhood but ordered from here by mistake. The crust is a little odd, reminds me of Dominos. This is definitely not a New York slice type of place. The pizza is a little thicker, it's very close to Papa Johns.Very tomatoey sauce, but lacks the pizzazz and kick that Domino's has. It tastes… Mass-produced. Crust on its own is fairly bland.Kings NY Pizza in Fairfax is much better and still my favorite. Villa Bella is better than this but only because it's thinner. Overall, Vocelli pizza sits somewhere Domino's and Papa Johns, mass produced at a slightly higher cost.
Manager has an attitude problem. Terrible service!

I order from this location often, and it's generally fantastic! Food is great, delivery is prompt and friendly. However, this evening I decided to try the Chicken tenders, and boy was I surprised that I only received 3 1/2 small tenders for the $11 price tag. Definitely won't be ordering those again, but everything else was perfect!
