I always prefer coming here for fast food than McDonald's. It's farther from me than the McDonald's, but I've always gotten better service and food here.The food is always hot and fresh. My order is always accurate. And the staff are always friendly.It does have an odd entrance/exit; there's only one way in and out (across from the gas station).

I purchased and ate one small Wendy's chili with shredded cheese ate and immediately became violently ill. Threw out two unconsumed containers. The Wendy's App for mobile ordering does not function... I would avoid eating food from this Burke, Virginia Wendy's. Health Department should inspect the kitchen and food at this location.

Upgraded decor. Very clean. Pleasant young man behind the counter. Chili was excellent on a cold, rainy day. Fries, however, are average. Soft drink machine was out of regular Coke. In general, a better experience than a McD's if you need fast food.

Always good service at this Wendy's, very friendly staff, but food was subpar and very expensive. Almost $30 for two kids meals and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Chicken was dried out, I could barely bite through the sandwich and none of the fries were salted at all. Love those frosties, though.

I know those $5 biggie bag deals don’t have the biggest profit margin, but handing out jr bacon cheeseburgers that have been sitting around for hours is a health code violation. Thanks for trying to poison me with perishes food.

This wendys is on point. The fries were hot. From order to food in my mouth less than 5 minutes. They didn't jive me. Not one wasted word. All buisness. In the spirit of not wasting words I will use a few of someone else's....I'll be back.

This location has gone downhill with their customer service lately. In line, ready to order, their staff and manager at 10:21a, let a guy walk up to the drive thru line, no car, and they serve him first before me even when I have been waiting for about 15 minutes from the cars before me. Horrible service from the management at this location.
