Hillside Family Restaurant

It says some Yelp! Folks are saying this places is closed but on 9/2/20 it was open and had a list of daily specials on display . It's got some truck parking so that was good for me (driveway is a little steep but a Frito-Lay truck trailer was parked here when I woke up today) . The food was great ! I had eaten here a few years ago and didn't care for the food then so I was pleasantly surprised to see they had remodeled and revamped the menu. I ordered the Philly cheese steak with crunchy potato wedges. it was excellent! The service was good and both the manager and the employees were attentive. It's a relaxing environment with free pool and darts. I also ate dinner there that evening as I watch football game on one of the big screen TVs. I stopped in early one morning right before I left to pick up my load. It was early morning and my food was great. It may look old fashioned but these are the types of places that are the best. I will be frequenting this restuarant whenever possible.
