This quaint ice cream shop embodies a Hallmark small town main street vibe. The curb appeal...I dare you to walk in without patting the bronzed brown dog statue on his head and whispering under your breath, what a good boy!
Walking in you're met with friendly faces, carefully curated photos of a beloved chocolate lab, no doubt the muse for this establishment, framed news accolades and a case of the best ice cream in the area.
So many amazing and creative flavors to choose from. We could not pass up the Banana Cream Pudding ice cream. It lived up to the hype of its name, rich and creamy with chunks of crust and mushy banana pieces, it was excellent!
The portions were generous, the atmosphere was laid back and relaxing with fun upbeat music and the best part of it all, it was affordable.
Truly a not so hidden gem in Cape Charles and a must visit when here!

Prices are outstanding for a vacation town. Cookies and cream was five star, however, vanilla was four star. We found sizing to be inconsistent within our party. Their ice cream was very tough, but overall placement and vibes were good

Customer service is seriously lacking. Not the first time we have been treated awkwardly by the staff. Just blank stares. No manners. Barely wants to interact with you.
Flies were everywhere too - couldn't even enjoy ice cream sitting inside because flies were all over my toddler. We had to go OUTSIDE to enjoy the ice cream because the flies were so bad inside.
Wildly busy when we visited. I feel like the line could have move faster. Our ice cream was delicious though!

Don't be scared of the longer lines, believe the hype! Great vibe and great ice cream. You can tell it's made with love 🫶🏼 I got the all mixed up which was vanilla bean ice cream with crushed chocolate covered pretzels. Delish!

Used to love coming by while in town but today unfortunately was the last. I walked in with my son to snag some treats for the family and my pleasantries weren't returned. I figured maybe none of the 4 team members heard me but when I approached the counter and the young lady simply opened the icecream case and gave me a blank stare, I decided to go elsewhere. It costs nothing to be kind.
