These clams were the most delicious and fresh tasting clams I've ever had. My family lives in a rural area, and the fresh shellfish was delivered directly to their front door. The clams smelled like the ocean, had almost no sand or grit in them, and all of them opened when steamed. There were no damaged shelled either out of all 50 clams. I would recommend cooking these clams in a seafood pasta dish, incredible! My family uses this business a lot and will continue to do so.
We are so pleased with our Littleneck Clam order... We purchased the bulk pack on sale, 200 clams, separated in #100 count bags. Super clean! Very minimal losses (like 3 total). Good size. Premium flavor. Long shelf life in fridge (7 days). Shipping to rural Arkansas one day... Placed order 12/3. Arrived in perfect condition 12/4. The reserves I have are going in the freezer on Day 7.
