What a cute little place. It's that place you walk by and go... 'sure... I could do some of that'. Upon entering, it's fairly straight forward. A place to peek at the creameries and yes, you can have small samples. When ordering you can do your usual add-ons and include sprinkles (which I did) and other various items.FYI - they don't have a bathroom if you're looking for one. But that's ok. It really is designed as a place to just grab-n-go. If we're ever in the area, we'd totally come back. Very open and airy space, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Thank you for bearing with us while my Littles chose their flavors, and the root beer float is mom approved! Delish, see you next summer! Give the staff a raise.

Third visit to Cowlick’s creamery in Cape Charles. Very disappointed. They now dispense their “soft serve” ice cream into a container and then scoop it into a cone. A very tiny, smaller than a child sized, scoop of soft serve-still the same price as when they filled the cone directly from the machine. (Obviously to save money-but a total rip off for the customer). Go down the street to Brown Dog-not soft serve -but definitely a better option for ice cream than Cowlick’s!

Stopped by Cowlick's and couldn't have been happier. Good range of flavors and toppings. The waffle cones were delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely go here again next time I'm in town!

Fresh frozen custard. Tastes great. Friendly service, a bit of a wait, but worth it. We got the vanilla custard on cone and a chocolate brownie milkshake. Yum.
Extremely Rude and it's not good your better off going to another ice cream place like brown dog or chase's if their is a line don't wait go somewhere else

We were strolling Cape Charles on a Sunday and this was one of the few businesses open.The Ice Cream specialist behind the counter was so friendly and let us sample the Nutter Butter flavor. It was divine! I recommend it on a cone.
