We lived in Itay for 3 years and the Margharita pizza and pesto pasta was on point! Everything was excellent. Highly recommend.

This is the only pizza store in town so this is where we have to go when we want pizza. My wife ordered a pie and drove the 15 mins to Deadrise to pick it up (there's no delivery service). She returned home with the pie and opened the box there was a burnt excuse for pizza! We drove back to Deadrise and showed them the pie; they reacted as if they saw nothing wrong with it and we were crazy for complaining! They did make us another pie but they made no apologies. I have attached a picture of the pizza. You be the judge.
This gem in Cape Charles has some of the best white pizza I've ever had. The crust was thinking and delicious. I ordered the White Sale and was delighted to see that I could add additional items for a small fee. I had a Ceasar salad which was fresh and the dressing was just incredible. I also appreciated the smaller size croutons which complimented the Romaine. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and our food was served at appropriate intervals. I want to return for their fresh pasta which isn't served until 4 p.m.

We go back every year on our annual trip to the Eastern Shore. Usually twice. Pie is excellent, as was the crab pasta. Its nice to eat on the patio with our dog also. See you next time!

Anniversary trip to Cape Charles and Deadrise was our first meal here. A 10 out of 10! Nice casual atmosphere. Our server, Dani, was top notch. And the food was nothing but quality and delicious! We had the grilled artichokes as an appetizer. For entrees we had White Sail pizza and Penne a la Vodka. All of it was fabulous! Be sure to treat yourself to a meal here. Thank you Deadrise — we’ll be back!
We had a 7th birthday and they made her feel so special! Also pizza was AMAZING

After a long day sailing to Cape Charles we arrived at Deadrise for some drinks and food. The tomato and bread appetizer was good. I asked what pizza the bartender recommended and ordered the first one she listed. The meatball pizza. It was mediocre at best. It came out with a scattering of meat/sausage crumble and thin layer of cheese with a lot of grease sitting on top, thin crust too. I was expecting more.

One of the best white pizzas around, they added prosciutto (Italian ham) to the mix. The challenges of adding prosciutto comes down to getting it done right and not dry out too quickly or else it would lose its flavor. Excellent flavorable pizza!

Food was served cold ! I ordered the steak tips - the tips tasted amazing but unfortunately it was cold along with my steamed broccoli. Also the stuffed flounder portion was very small and had no flavor
