Sucked , definitely wasn't fast food ,took forever, and it is as a Wednesday evening, it's a joke nobody in line still had to pull in the reserved parking, with nobody in line ,definitely sucks , need to fire everyone and get new help ,

I went through drive through and requested fresh fries and also ordered spicy chicken sandwich. Fries was not fresh! I went inside and some fries were cooked for me. The chicken patty was horrible! Seems like it could have been cooked a while ago! In fact the guy working at drive through when I had asked earlier of fries; was it fresh he right out said that it was! Not nice to mistreat the customers.

Where to begin. This place was so filthy! toilets were over flowing in the bathroom, trash was everywhere, not a clean table in the joint had to eat outside felt i had to wash off my shoes before even getting into my car.

So we stopped here to get my daughter a quick bite to eat on our way to the hotel and one of the workers, (didn’t get her name but she was on the heavier side) was sitting down on the phone cursing up a storm while our family was trying to sit down and enjoy a quick meal. We ended up leaving early and taking the meal on the road.

trash was overflowing/ blowing all over the place. Waited 45 minutes to get our order to find out they lost our ticket then tried to argue with us about it. Once realized they were wrong gave us 5 apple pies to make up for the wait then proceeded to not give us our whole order and messed up my toddlers happy meal.
Worst bathroom I’ve seen in a while, please get some maintenance on that. Piss all over the floor, urinal clogged, soap dispenser not working, like please clean that up‼️

When we arrived at this location the trash overflowing at the main door to enter was disgusting. The trash must have over flowed to the inside cause the floors were disguiting and every table was sticky and dirty. We stopped to use the restroom and get dinner. My wife and kids went into the women's restroom and I went into the mens. The mens restroom looked like a explosion went off inside with what I assume was urine all over the floors. The sink area looked like an area I would not touch to clean my hands.
We did not have many options and I could see the workers making the food so we went ahead and ordered at the kiosk. 30 minutes later of watching the staff goof off, make tic toks on there phones, flip each other off. There was one employee that attempted to try and clean the lobby but this was after she argued about going on her break and getting overtime.
If I was the manager or owner I would be worried cause next time I will just keep driving to find something different.
