This place seems to always have issues. They are frequently out of food items and I've gone during the day, not in the evening when you might expect them to be out of something. Today it was buns, when we were trying to order chicken sandwiches. This was around noon - when there is a Food Lion across the street and another Bojangles within minutes down the road. I think I would be sending someone out to pick up supplies.
The staff here is really friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. They displayed good teamwork as I was waiting for my food and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Big shout out and thanks to Annette, Kim and the entire crew for providing delicious food for my family gathering♥️
I didn't get the night managers name, but she was amazing! I didn't realize that they started closing early, so I wound up going in shortly before their closing time. She hooked me up with the large meal that I needed, and more, even though everything was done and cleaned up for closing time. That's caring about your customer right there and I really appreciated it!
