I just ordered a fried seafood platter to go. I read that the crab cakes were very good here so I had to try. It is so difficult to find a good crab cake. Really, it's difficult to find good seafood, oddly enough, in this area where Seafood is Bountiful. I have no idea if Cisco delivers to Dock of the Bay or if it's strictly fresh local seafood, but I do know that this fried seafood platter was absolutely delicious! Good seafood at reasonable prices. I enjoyed my fried seafood platter although I thought the flounder was a little over cooked. Other than that the service was very good and I liked the salad with homemade dressing. The shrimp, oysters and crab cake were good.
There was a large variety of seafood offered. Most of it was good. I had fried flounder that was dry and tough. Not what I remember from several years ago. The service was great and made sure our drinks were full. The food took a bit as we were a large group. The atmosphere is always great.
