The Cave Spring Kroger has a new scan as you go service. It's pretty cool. I might just have to come up with an excuse to go back and get something. I would recommend making plastic bags available inside the door so as not to have to transfer things from the cart to a bag once finished since they don't have to be scanned. This is a great idea!

Its sad when your store manager or bakery doesn't know what a "copyright" is. We brought a picture that we had custom drawn for my daughter's first birthday. It was a picture drawn of my daughter in a Star Wars style with a custom message on it (my name is actually "Leia" as in "Princess Leia"). Well, they told me they couldn't do edible ink with copyrighted images if they don't belong to me...I mean yeah, that makes sense. But if I can prove that I own the copyright to this
