Great brunch spot in Roanoke area. Tried dosa and thali. Sudha’s kitchen is fantastic. The service was excellent. The employees made eye contact, smiled, and said welcome and thanks for coming. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The price was reasonable.

Sudha’s Kitchen serves some of the best comfort food I’ve had in a while. The Mysore Masala Dosa was perfectly crisp and flavorful, the Medhu Vada came piping hot with a delicious, home-style sambar, and the mango lassi was simply outstanding. Everything tasted freshly prepared with so much love and care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The best words for Sudha's kitchen are wow, wonderful, and delicious! A true gem of Roanoke. Sudha and her family are so welcoming, the food cart vibe is perfect for relaxed lunches or take out, and very kid and family friendly. And the food!!! Delicious, beautifully crafted, and clearly lovingly made. Prices are so reasonable. If you are looking for a really delicious comforting meal, I can't recommend Sudha's Kitchen enough!

I’ve been driving past waiting for an opportunity and tonight was it. I didn’t know most of the dishes as I’m more familiar with northern Indian cuisine. I asked the smiling face what was best. Two recommendations were made. I picked the #11. I don’t remember what’s it’s called, all I know is it was soooo tasty and made me feel great. Also had samosas, they were killer. The side sauces are all off the charts amazing. The owners are also very friendly and hospitable. There’s a table with a family vibe to dine there. I had my dog with me so brought it home. I can’t wait to try more dishes.

Recently, We had a 150 people gathering after my son graduated from the Virginia Tech. My best friend recommended them to me. Initially, I was bit nervous not knowing if they can handle that many people. I must say that they were fantastic. They showed up at my place in the Blacksburg as per schedule. Within few minutes they started cooking. The aroma of the freshly cooked is still swirling in my lungs. We all enjoyed it and most of us tried multiple times. Food was very delicious and all the ingredients were fresh. They run the whole operation with beautiful smile on their faces. I found out the secret of such a flavorful meals. They enjoy preparing. They pour love and care in the food. What blows my mind is that their high schooler son was part of the team. They are extremely clean. I have already booked them for next May when our younger son will be graduating. If you want to eat authentic, mouthwatering Indian food, don’t go no where. Thank you for making our function memorable for ever.
