We ate there this morning. The last couple of times the service was decent. Today we had a rude waitress who did not bother to refill our drinks, or come by our table at all. I had to ask where our waffle was that we ordered since she never brought it out. Needless to say I will remember this when the tip option comes up when we have to pay. I tip well for good service not for crappy, rude service. And no they were not overly busy so there was really no excuse!!!!!
Worst Waffle House in Roanoke!!! I don't know who the cook was tonight, August 23rd, but they're trash and don't know how to cook! Food was garbage!!!
The best diner in America! The customer service was excellent. We received our food quickly. The quality of the food was delicious. I had pecan waffles, over medium eggs with hashbrowns that came with ham chunks and melted cheese. I also had a T-bone steak. All good! I highly recommend this place.
