First and last dining experience was for Valentines Day. I’d hope whoever manages the kitchen would prepare for a day known to be busy in the food service industry. They were out of several menu items including appetizers, lobster tails and ribeyes by 7pm, saw 2 people send steaks back and started to get nervous, and of course our steaks were overcooked, asparagus was out of a can, and mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant. I don’t believe I have ever had a dining experience like we just did at 419 west. Made reservations for dad’s 85th birthday.. started with giving us a legit plastic table to sit at— mind you again we had a reservation. We had to ask 3x for dad’s sweet tea.. we ordered 3 apps and our chips/nachos had a hair in it— so we sent it back… I ordered the crab cakes, again a hair in it, sent it back- and also told them nevermind to keep it as their management had no customer...read full review
we had a wonderful experience from excellent service to amazing food. the woodfire grilled pizza was a family favorite!
