Amor Cafe & Pastry

Stopped in to try something new. Ordered a hibiscus mango smoothie. At this time I would tell you to steer clear of the smoothies. They have no flavor and are essentially just blended ice. The service was good, but the inside smelled a bit like cat litter in a bakery... just a bit off. We used to love semicolon which is think was bought and changed to Gavi in the Tilly kitchen location and we had visited the café in this location before Gavi. In a place overly saturated with these bakeries/cafes, there are many other superior options.

UPDATE ON JUNE 2025: as of now, Amor café has rebranded to Gavi Café, which also has a location in Chantilly inside Tilly kitchen. They have a completely new menu, which is a bit unfortunate because a lot of my favorites are no longer available (like the Thai tea and their bingsoo) They do have some new drinks, though they lack the spark that Amor had. The bright side though is that all of the pastries remain the same. They still taste very good and are high-quality, so i’m thankful for that.

I don’t know why they rebranded, and I’m a little disappointed about the sudden change, and I hope this does not become a copy and paste of the Chantilly location. I hope they bring back some of the staples from Amor Café that their longtime customers used to enjoy.

OLD REVIEW: I LOVE coming to Amore anytime I have a free day! The staff are amazing, the pastries and drinks are the best, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and getting work done. I come here all the time with friends. They have a large selection of baked goods to choose from, some of which they rotate out to add new things. Of all of the things I’ve tried, everything has been delicious. Really love it here, definitely come check it out!

Excellent coffee and great customer service. The staff are amazing. The pastries are world class. You must visit to see. Prices are great for the quality of the food.

Super clean and wide variety to please every palate.

I’ve been here twice on my way to work and loved both visits. The coffee was great, and I particularly enjoyed my biscoff latte. I also got a pastry on one of my visits and it was so incredibly delicious. This cafe has a nice ambiance and the twinkly lights make a great atmosphere. I loved the huge selection of pastries. It was honestly so hard to choose what to get. The baristas/cashiers both trips were amazing and my drinks came out super fast

Good food and drinks, expect long wait times. Place seems understaffed

I got an iced white mocha latte which was very delicious and reasonably priced! I wasn’t a big fan of the sausage pastry. Other than that, service was great and I loved the decor and environment. Great place to work at!

I am an avid Thai Tea Enjoyer and grew up with anything Thai Tea related. I will tell you right now this establishment has one of the best Thai Teas I’ve ever tried.

I enjoy supporting local businesses, especially privately owned coffee shops. I was impressed by the variety of products at Amor Cafe and Pastry. We tried their frappes, and I particularly liked the mocha frappe.

This place is insanely good. The food and baked goods are better than they look, and they look fantastic. The croissants are just like they are in Europe and the Korean inspired spice in the sandwiches is phenomenal. If I lived nearby I would be going here everyday. I would drive out of my way to go here.

Don't come here to work. The coffee was okayish. The internet is unusable as it's so slow. When I said something, it was just a known issue. The sandwich was fine.
Their parties look amazing, but I had none.
