Sonya the manager is not qualified and can't even do the math. She is really really rude and racist towards the customers. I'm Asian. Even though she did something wrong, she refunded my money without explanation and didn't even apologize. She only communicated with her colleagues in Latin. She was very friendly to the white people behind me. The staff really need to be trained in hearing and she was rude and only communicated in Latin in front of me. That's why this place is always empty. There's a reason for everything. This is a poor Burger King where the staff are rude, unapologetic, and racist. That's why the business always slow.

I went to buy 2 wopper jr offers, the manager made a mistake when charging me, charging too much on my card and as I complained, she treated us very badly and did not want to give us our money back and she never gave us the woppers either. In this Burger King there are school children working and the manager is the same and on top of that super disrespectful. She left us waiting for like 15 minutes or more, going somewhere in the back of the place and brought me cash and threw it at me. What a shame that they have this type of service.

Pictured is a "Large" Fry...
Its missing 60g out of 160g for its serving weight as advertised... thats almost half. Even medium serving weight is 116g. Who knows what else they're underserving... Come to this location at your own risk and check your meals if not dining in. Very disappointed.

Since when did Burger King start charging for water? Went to bk to get water and a snack and they tried charging me over 2 dollars just fit the water....
The service at this Burger King was extremely disrespectful. The cashier was rude and unhelpful, the lady didn’t even try to explain how the online coupon worked and instead she started yelling at me. When I asked for a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

The Burger King in Centreville is top notch for fast food. The drive thru is always friendly and fast, and dining in is always good too if you have some extra time. The dining room is always clean, the napkins and pop machine is always stocked. Kids play area at the back. They don't just go thru the motions, I have never had a bad meal at this Burger King, and I visit often, usually once a week.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper really does taste good.
Parking: Around 35 spots always parking available, handicapped parking right by the door.
Kid-friendliness: Kids play area in back, very kid friendly and informal. TV is there as well.
