Beware they wont give you the full receipt because it got a code for a free burger and they dont want you to get it. So petty. We have been clients for 10 years and never seen something like that. Also i was .48 cents short cause i left my wallet at home and only had 5 bucks and she charged my card .48 cents. Never coming again.

They are the absolute worst when it comes to being accommodating. I have my toddler all she wanted to do was play, I told her if she washes her hands she can go in the play area but when I came out she had it blocked off and it's only 5:45 pm. They told me they decided to close it because it just got clean and they wasn't going to clean it again.

Last Friday night my friends and I stopped by the Burger King in Centreville after a football game, and honestly, it was one of the best fast-food experiences we’ve had in a while. The staff was super friendly even though it was close to closing time. The cashier made sure our order was correct, and the fries were actually hot and crispy — not like other places where they’re soggy.

Went there for a fry and drink. They could not be bothered to have any of their drink machines working. One of the two in the main lobby had a worn “out of service” sign (who knows how long that’s been there), the other one didn’t work, and neither did the one behind the counter. They wound up taking 15 minutes to replace the pieces behind the counter and the drink tasted gross. Those who refuse to plan wind up planning for failure. These people can’t even plan to keep their critical machines working.
