I wanted to like this place after reading all the great reviews. I’ve honestly never had a worse Korean chicken wings experience than with this place. They had obviously double or tripled fried the hell out of my wings because it was so so dry and void of any juiciness the bones had turned grey. The sauces are awful. They don’t even put gochujang in their hot sauce. The other branches are pretty much the same. Just make it at home people if you want something decent!

Wow! The wings were the best Ive had, extra crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, perfectly seasoned. The parmesan truffle fries were to die for and every other dish was spot on. Service was amazing, beer tasted better with their chilled glasses, place was super clean and great music. Will definitely become a regular!!

Had an awesome time! The vibe and food were top-notch. Loved how they keep the beer glasses ice-cold and even swap them out for you. The chicken wings were crispy perfection, and don’t even get me started on the whole chicken – juicy and flavorful! The staff were super friendly, and it was cool to see the owner mingling with everyone, making sure we were all happy campers. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Placed an order online to come pick up around 5:30 PM. I received my order pickup email and it said the order would be ready in 30 min. Later I arrived and headed to the counter. I asked if the order was ready and the cashier said it would be another 10-15 min. Unfortunately that 10-15 min turned into an HOUR of me waiting at the restaurant! I had to ask the staff twice on the status of my order since everyone else was getting their orders. Finally got the food and went home. Food was actually really good. But because of the incredibly long wait time, I don’t think I’ll be retuning to this location.

If you tried to order on Super Bowl day through phone and couldn’t reach them, it’s because the worker said “let’s stop taking the call” LOL instead of taking the call and giving them a longer wait time and making the customer decide whether they want to go through with the order or not. I made the online order for pick up at 6PM, was told “5 more minutes” at 5:58PM when I walked in and it’s currently 6:36PM. One gentleman just came in (I assume on his pick up time) and the worker said “we don’t know how much longer”. Could’ve made some courtesy call to have people to arrive later.6:40PM “what is your name?” Said I’m up next. Let’s see how true that is8 minutes later, I’ve seen 4 orders come out and no where to see mine.Asked the guy “? What’s up with all the orders coming out before mine?” He replies “I’m telling you what the kitchen told me.” Good old excuse to blame people who I can’t just go and talk to the kitchen.Guy came in said “I’m _____ I ordered 45 minutes ago and paid”. He waited like 5 minutes and got his food.Got my food around 6:51PM. 51 minutes over is wild.

I recently had the best chicken ever at this place, surpassing even bonchon chicken! Dokkokki was good too. The in-house dining experience enhances the flavor, making it superior to ordering. The service is ? although the chicken takes a bit longer to cook, the wait is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Very picky about Korean fried chicken. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. The chicken wings were perfect size which is rare nowadays as many chicken places emphasize size over flavor. The crunch was perfect. The sauce on the chicken was ideal as it did not over consume the palate. Just right. Oh and the crispy whole hen?? Amazing.Service was top notch and food even better. Definitely a repeat!
