This is NOT real AYCE. You’re limited to only 4 meats per round, and you cannot order again until every piece is cooked and eaten, which means endless waiting and empty grill time. Half the meal I was still hungry — totally unacceptable for AYCE. On top of that, it’s $50 per person, which makes the whole thing feel like a scam. Overpriced, restrictive, and frustrating. If you’re actually hungry, avoid this place.

Been here half a dozen times or more. Meat always good and AYCE (all you can eat) is clutch

I rarely write reviews unless the service is either really good or really bad. Came in for lunch on a tuesday at 1:00pm. 4 tables total including ours. 3-4 servers and busser. Took 15 min for first food to come out and they brought small size. We ordered more then the server was gone for 10-15 mins and never came back with the food until we asked them again! Dude just take the damn meat out we can cook ourselves! Asked for steam egg they bring out corncheese. Ask for sauces 4 times they forget two of them. This place went down the cliff! Don’t ever come here unless you wanna waste your money and time! Worst kbbq in the area

I used to love coming here, but unfortunately the quality of meat, sides, and banchan portions seem to be dropping (marinade seems sweeter, corn cheese is slowly turning into corn mayo, short plate / brisket texture seems weird, like it was thawed and refrozen). The service has dropped in quality as well. I would rather pay more money per person to get better quality. I really enjoyed Meat Project when it first opened and for years after, please come back! Ms. Kim, if cost is the issue I'm happy to pay more for it!

First time leaving an AYCE spot still hungry -- service was slow, likely due to how busy it was. Our last brisket order took until after our 90min were up to arrive. We were rushed out by the manager, who also told us to eat pork belly that was clearly undercooked.

I had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious and came out fresh and well-prepared, but what really made the night special was our server, Nikky. He was attentive without being intrusive, knew the menu inside and out, and made great recommendations. Nikky’s friendly personality and excellent service added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him again!
