First time leaving an AYCE spot still hungry -- service was slow, likely due to how busy it was. Our last brisket order took until after our 90min were up to arrive. We were rushed out by the manager, who also told us to eat pork belly that was clearly undercooked.
I had a wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious and came out fresh and well-prepared, but what really made the night special was our server, Nikky. He was attentive without being intrusive, knew the menu inside and out, and made great recommendations. Nikky’s friendly personality and excellent service added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him again!
The Meat Project is the benchmark for all kbbq IMO. Centreville has a lot of these joints but meat factory here consistently comes correct with a good selection of meats, good drinks menu, and lettuce on request. During dinner hours the waiter works the grill. Highly recommend the spicy octopus, honey butter squid, and Hawaiian bulgogi.
