We’ve come here often over the years and are always happy with the experience. Efficient staff, clean location. Have never been disappointed with them. Only wish it was a grill and chill but will settle for the blizzards and other treats!

Every time I try and give them a chance they fail again. I wouldn't think asking for a strawberry banana blizzard with extra fruit would be difficult, but every time they charge me for the extra fruit and I don't get any fruit! Zero! Just straight vanilla ice cream. It's very disappointing. Don't bother coming here unless all you want is plain vanilla ice cream.

Sometimes the line can get pretty long here, but the servers are always very nice and working hard to get the orders made quickly. The issue is really that the Blizzard's take so long to make, since there are so many combinations and ingredients. Still, DQ soft serve is so great and the choice of mix-ins is fabulous and they have so many great suggestions for the treat. It is kind of expensive now ($8 for a medium Blizzard), but I guess that's just inflation. I've never had their food, but love their ice cream and think of it as a great go-to dessert place.

Came in at 9:15pm on New Years Eve. Dairy Queen site says open til 10, google says open til 10. Door is unlocked, open sign is flashing, lights are on, and a girl is standing at the front waiting to take orders. I walk in and am told in a very rude demeanor that the store has actually closed at 9 and that we need to leave immediately. This wasn't just "oops i was a minute or two late to close the door" (Keep in mind this was 15 minutes after 9). This was a "I don't want to actually serve someone so I told them I was closed". There was quite literally no sign of being closed, and probably just some gruntled employees that are working on NYE trying to not do any work while getting paid. In general, this store opens and closes as it pleases and never answers calls regarding anything including hours. Lots of things for management to get straight while this place is still somehow around.

Went in 45 minutes before closing to get some ice cream. A 8 year old boy was playing with a ball behind the counter, and the mother ran to the back, and came back 30 seconds later saying "We close at 9 today, I'm going to ask you to leave" in an extremely rude manner. This typically wouldn't be a problem, but the open sign was still blinking open (15 minutes after they supposedly closed) and the woman appeared to be ready to take an order as well as the door unlocked. In addition they hadn't updated their hours at all, and appeared to pull the hour early close out of the blue. I had called prior and they had refused to answer the phone. Take your business elsewhere.
