On 1/3/2026 at 4:48 PM, I stopped at the Dunkin located at 14631 Lee Hwy., Centreville, VA. I ordered two coffees for my wife and I, and attempted to order a frozen hot cocoa for my child. The hostess running the register lacked the ability to understand what I was asking for, and could not communicate effectively with me. I asked if anyone else was available to assist, but she informed me that the other worker was in the back laying down because they were sick. Not only is this unacceptable that an employee was left to run a register that could not communicate with me, but it is DISGUSTING that a sick employee was on the premises sleeping in the back given the devastating flu that is going around. There have been very few times in recent memory that I’ve been left shocked in this day and age, but this takes 1st place.
While there is nothing that will change my experience at this location, I definitely want to share this experience to warn others of the disgusting practices taking place at this location. Management should do better!

I have visited this location for 18 years. Lately the service has significantly dropped. The store is open until 7pm but good luck picking up a donut after 11am. The name is Dunkin Donuts not super sugary drinks, which is all they have after 11am. Years ago they would have both racks full of donuts. In the past year it has been narrowed to one and now down to half of one, but plenty of staff on site I assume earning a paycheck.

This Dunkin is so convenient, on 29 close to 66 exit, entrance. The coffee is always fresh and the staff are quick and pleasant. Store is clean and well stocked.

My boyfriend and I often visit this location and always have a fine experience. Today (August 4th @ 5pm) we picked up an online order, and ended up receiving my bagel bites with the center still cold. He went inside and asked for new ones, and was offered to have them reheated. For those who have worked food service, putting food that people have touched back into machines is supposed to be a no no. He was met with an attitude by whomever was working the counter, but did end up getting the new ones. They were still cold in the center.

The guy who work early in the mornings is the best , filipino I think. He is just the best. Only think is Dunkin doesn’t let you switch from pork sausage to turkey which is not cool at all, 2 billon Muslims I think you should make that change.

There are no napkins and when we order sandwich, they take the order, charge the same price but give us sandwich saying there is no cheese...
