Returned and the pig in front of me ordered dozens and dozens having my favorite run out for the day. Ruining my morning. If a customer says pls let me grab my money from the car then just have the staff wait

I work many hours, I have a Dunkin near me but I prefer to order from here. After a long week of doubles, it’s refreshing to have a coffee that’s made right! I can’t say I tasted a doughnut in awhile here because I have a gluten allergy. Cheers to you guys!

Asked for four espresso shots over ice, got two hot. Also wanted a latte with almond milk, sugar free vanilla, and an extra shot, the girl didn’t seem to get what any of that meant. When I got my drink it was like drinking milk from the jug. No coffee in it at all.

This is a great coffee and breakfast (or breakfast for lunch) place. They often have fun promotions (National Coffee Day, for example), which the other large chain coffee shop in Centreville does not do.

I ordered via their app today. I got there and only the drinks were ready. Finally, I asked about the dozen donuts that I picked out and the young woman told me that they were out of all of the dounts that I had selected and could I pick from the very few donuts they had left instead. I ask her why they were not making more since it was only midday. She said they don't make donuts there and that they order them. They were all out. I took what they had left and couldn't believe that a donut store was out of donuts at midday when they are supposed to be open until 9pm. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere for donuts. Maybe one of the other locations does a better job of ordering their donuts and updating what they have in the app. Also, every time I have been to this one, they are short staffed as well. This place is very poorly managed.

Glad I waited 10 minutes for the worst cup of burnt coffee I have had from any Dunkin, ever. The staff could care less. Save yourself the aggravation.

We visited this Dunkin because it was close to the place we were staying at. Manager was super friendly and very nice guy. He recommended us what was good and made us feel welcome. We told him we were out of town visitors and told us that we were welcome anytime. He deserves a tone of credit. He spoke nicely and took the time to teach his employees how to mop. Told my wife I wouldn't mind working for someone like him. Very very nice guy.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. The middle of my crossaint sandwich was COLD, my hot coffee was lukewarm, even after telling them about it they handed it back still lukewarm. They also messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich entirely. Employees don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all.
