Ordered for delivery via their website. Order was never delivered, yet paid. Now out food and $. Do not order delivery via their website. Could not reach anyone at the store to check on delivery order.

Upon arrival noticed an odor throughout the store which smelled similar to body odor or sweat. Store was completely empty and staff was performing inventory around noon, yet the tables, and floors were dirty. Food came out at a reasonable time however fries were definitely not fresh as they were still cold. Recommend improving customer service and food quality for this struggling location.

The quality has gone downhill. Not sure why. The last two times i have been here the food and service were both lacking. Today the fries were cold. Cold. Theres nobody here. Its not busy. The bun was hard/stale and no where near what we have come to expect. and im not coming back. The last time i was here it took 45 mins for a take out order. The fries were hot but the sandwich was cold.

I think this is the worst location food taste and quality wise. Try fairfax you will see a day and night difference between the food quality and taste. I ate from this place few times and never improved finally after today's food I am disappointed.

Come here a lot because it's good food and always quick! Sando is always on point and now a there is a expanded menu! Will have to try them and report back.

The chicken is over cooked and look 45minutes to get ready. I should have looked at the rating before going to this location. The staff was concentrating about their cellphone then my order. The management need to visit this place to re-evaluated and make change some process to improve themselves or close up for other business to be run.

I made got a Mega sando sandwich, i was number 71 and the one who took my order said it will take 8 to 10 min and then people came after me and made 2 orders and it came out before my order, and i waited for 25 min to get a sandwich. And the attitude was not good even the sandwich has no sauce on it
