About a month ago, during my last visit I was left extremely disappointed. This restaurant became a regular for my friend and I. We go on a Thursday night, get seated as usual and right off the bat, our waitress insisted that I personally had stolen a pen of hers. I froze not knowing what to say in such an awkward situation. I figured she had mistaken me for someone else and we continued our dinner. During the short time we stayed we were ignored. We were out of meets and sides. We watched as she attended all her other tables except ours. When finally asking for our next meet we were told we needed to finish everything on our plate. Every time she talked to us there was a great sense of attitude. We have never been told this previously and either way we had about 2 pieces of pork belly left each. We sat ignored again for about another 20 minutes. When she finally decided to return, we asked for a manager. When speaking to the manager the conversation was completely unprofessional as he stated something about “what was going on in her mind.” After asking for the check and requesting a discounted price, he said the most he could do was being down our total to $55. We should not have payed for that meal we did not eat our moneys worth and I felt disrespected and targeted. This place needs to get a hold on their professionalism. I greatly respect their service at this restaurant, but after this experience I am still left feeling insulted. There is a difference between work and personal life that girl needs to get a hold onto her emotions.

Always delicious food and great service. Especially love the Hawaiian bulgogi. Wish they would bring back the flavored pork belly's though. The pork steaks just aren't the same.

The food here is worth your money for all you can eat. The service is very accommodating for people who are new to korean bbq. They were really friendly and gave good recommendations and were attentive without being intrusive. My only complaint would be how loud the music is but other than that the environment was great.

Love visiting this place from time to time. I prefer their sides to any other AYCE Korean BBQ place in the area. The proteins have always been great and pair well with a variety of sauces provided. The spicy rice cakes are back! Highly recommend fetting them. Folks with sound sensitivity should be aware that the atmosphere can be VERY loud at times. It doesn't bother me, but wanted to call that out.Service is generally prompt but sometimes it can be a touch inattentive. Usually it's very good.The value is exceptional if you plan on eating a great deal. Still a good value if you plan on a rypical dining experience. A little expensive if you eat only a small amount AND are a "picky" eater.We always bring out-of-town guests when possible, and it has never failed to be a hit!
All the servers that attended us were attentive and helpful. They made sure we had refills of our drinks, salad, sides, etc. I didn’t get all their names besides Andy, but they were all SUPER GREAT! I noticed all the servers worked as a team. Food was delicious! The staff also made sure that the vents/ tables were cleaned and sanitized after customers leave. We went on Monday 18, 2024 at lunch time.
