I liked the modern, minimalist aesthetic and creative presentation of the desserts, their freshly made waffles looks like popits and tastes great, not too sweet, ice cream was perfectly balanced of sweetness and creamy texture, will definitely come back!And the service was great too!

The texture and flavor of their egg waffles was exactly what we were craving. They have plenty of ice cream and waffle combinations. They let you substitute items if you desire to or even create your own concoction. We ordered the matcha madness and really enjoyed it! Additionally, their decorations are cute.

I was excited to try Iron Ice after hearing so many great reviews and the puffle and ice cream did not disappoint; however, my visit wasn’t the best because of the customer service. I was a first time customer and ordered a basic original puffle, vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. The sweet young lady at the cash register asked me if I was ok with the round sprinkles or if I would like the more standard sprinkles and I asked if I could have both. The gentleman working w/ her said that he rather just use the round sprinkles because he didn’t feel like opening the container of the standard sprinkles (although that container had a lid that could’ve been reclosed) and he turned to me & insisted I choose just the round sprinkles. The young lady asked him about opening the sprinkles especially since it was my first visit and the gentleman (assuming he was a supervisor that looked visibly annoyed at the question) insisted that he did not want that container opened due to having about 1 cup of the round sprinkles left and that the standard sprinkles will be opened another time. I would’ve been ok if he would’ve just said the round sprinkles were the only ones available at the moment instead of saying that he didn’t “feel” like opening them. That made it seem as if I was burdening him with that task and did not make me feel welcomed to come back over something so small.

Went out on a limb to try this place and wow it didn’t disappoint! Service was courteous and quick. The ice cream was delicious as well as the waffle on the bottom was very soft. They had many selections or a create your own. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Iron Ice is awesome! Never had anything bad on the menu. Kid friendly. It does take a minute to make the full puffle desserts, but it's worth the wait. They close fairly early compared to the other establishments in the shopping center.

Bubble waffles are so good. Slightly warm with a generous scoop of ice cream melting over top. Each ice cream is a work of art. We love this dessert place.
