It was a nice Afghan restaurant with delicious food and cousins. I loved the food especially the Qabele Palav.
The staff was great, the Afghan tea after dinner was wonderful with pastries. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try Afghanistan food.

Service was great, short wait and the server even gave me a small cup of spicy soup to warm up while I wait.
Sauces are great, and the meats were juicy for all three (Super combo).
Atmosphere seemed good and family friendly while I was there.
The only nitpick is that parts of the bread is a bit tough but understandably so since they can’t bake the bread to order every time.

Nowadays, you are served many dishes that are said to be delicious but many of them are known to use deceptive ingredients, but Mazar Kebab's Chef Master Hamed is truly a genius. An Afghan friend took me out to lunch here a couple of weeks ago. Said it was the best in the DMV. I can't fault his taste, it was very good. Would like to see it in less of a "fast food" environment and a more formal setting, but apart from that, a good experience.
