Mobile ordered 2 quarter pounders w/cheese (also extra onions) using the McD app offer of BOGO for $0.25, total $5.13, using the same debit card as MANY other times before and stored on the app (with almost a $10,000 balance). Notified the store w/app when I arrived, chose drive-thru for pickup, gave the order code the app provided me, and proceeded to the pickup window. Isabel repeated my order correctly, but then told me I owed $6.36, saying that my payment had not gone through....read full review

Worst drive thru ever! Total chaos! Every time I go here cars cut in line because the designated lanes were poorly designed. I’ve told the manager several times, but they don’t seem to care, they don’t seem to want to do a thing to fix it. She just says there’s nothing they can do about it. All it would take is one or two concrete parking stoppers to block people from pulling around the people waiting in line, but they don’t even want to listen to a simple solution....read full review
