I witnessed the most ridiculous interactions at this McDonald’s yesterday. A very short worker named Vivi was being extremely rude to everyone. She wasn’t doing much to be productive but it was very obvious she was avoiding the front. Ofcourse three people are waiting for her to come back up to ask to order something and a woman wanted syrup. She was so rude and kept interrupting everyone saying one second but then had the time to look at you roll her eyes and be like OKAY !!??? and then literally looks at the woman who asked for syrup and was like you need another one??? My blood has never boiled so bad in my life. One person walked out & I do not blame them. This place is always forgetting items in your order and they always seem so overwhelmed, even when they aren’t busy. When this woman decided to be so rude yesterday, they weren’t even that busy. There were two cars in the drive thru. I’m so tired of this behavior from these fast food workers who are mad at everyone else because of their career path. I’ve worked the same type of jobs all my life& I can promise you I would have been fired acting like that.

Ordered a mocha frappe, large fry, and a sweet tea. They gave me a small fry, unsweetened tea, and a caramel frappe.
Don’t hire people who can’t speak, let alone read, the orders in English. What a joke.

I have been coming to this McDonalds for the last two years because it’s the closest to my house, but…
1) They have left nuggets out of Happy Meals 2) Regularly given water down, flavorless Cokes (this happened for months one year) - or the wrong drink 3) Had inconsistent quality in the food 4) Been very slow to provide service when I’ve dined in 5) Staff are generally not that pleasant or difficult to communicate with
It’s hit or miss, so keep that in mind if you stop here. Love my McD’s, but this location is not so great.

Our order was all messed up and they didn’t bother to read our customizations for the happy meals. One of the drinks was also wrong. It smells bad in here too. Also there’s an insane amount of ants and bugs outside the restaurant. Staff was also very unfriendly.

awful service everything takes forever to come out and don’t even BOTHER with curbside.. unless you want to wait 20 minutes for your food (oh and for it to be ice cold)

Always coming to this mcdonald, and now this is the new size for fries for Happy Meal? Like 5 pieces? This its really unacceptable for a McDonalds chains, i ask if this is correct and told me yes lol, dont come to this place fr only here for the play zone

To the girls working the drive through at 5pm today, there’s not a single thing you should be making fun of others for when you possess those characteristics yourself. Extremely inappropriate to blatantly bully, and laugh at a customer right in front of their face.

They have consistently forgotten items in my order for years. It would be one thing if it was just sauces but I would drive to work and realize that sandwiches or sides were missing or incorrect. Other locations do not have this issue. Other chains do not have this issue. Just this specific location has been doing this for the 4 years I have lived in the area.
