Review: I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. The employees did not give me my order even though I waited and paid for it. When I tried to ask about my food, they were mean and disrespectful instead of helping me. Customer service should be polite and willing to fix problems, but that did not happen here. I was very disappointed and hope management addresses how customers are treated.

Hi, I need to report a completely unacceptable experience with your curbside service. I waited over 20 minutes for one McValue meal, and when I finally went inside to ask what was going on, the manager dismissed me with “I’m busy.” She didn’t even stop for ten seconds to acknowledge the issue.
This is not a small mistake—this is a failure in basic customer service, especially from management. If your team cannot handle curbside orders, then remove the option, because right now it is wasting customers’ time.
I expect this to be addressed seriously. Please investigate what happened and take action so this kind of service doesn’t continue. I will never go there again.

They are not open 24hrs like they advertise. Also even though the drive thru menu is active, lights are on, sign says open. They don't orders at 4am. Don't recommend for people who work overnight

I believe I was treated unfairly and discriminated against because of my race at McDonald’s. A Chinese male employee refused to give me my food while other customers who came later received theirs. When I politely asked to exchange the Halloween bucket color — something they were allowing for others — every staff member shouted “No!” at me. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable.😡
